This hotel is incredible. The attention to detail in the garden, pool area, room decor and meals is impressive. Christian, Allie and Eric were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed help planning an activity. The personal connection with them made a big difference. The rooms are charming and comfortable with any amenities you might need (hairdryer, shampoo, etc.) I looked forward to the wonderful breakfasts every day. The smoothies are especially delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Our time at the Bungalows was truly the highlight of our trip to Cabo. We stayed at the Bungalows for a week and from the moment we stepped through the flower-lined door, we were made to feel completely at home and cared for. This is a family run establishment, which just augments the sense of warmth and welcome. Rooms We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was gorgeous. It was a spacious room, with a small kitchenette (no stove-top, but microwave/sink), with a beautiful private patio and hammock. We spent many mornings reading here and even ate breakfast on our private patio one morning when I was a bit under the weather. The shower had good pressure and most importantly plenty of very hot water. The room was also immaculately clean upon our arrival and each day during our stay. Fresh bedding/fresh sheets, it was lovely to come back to such a clean peaceful environment. General Facilities The common areas were equally charming. Breakfast was served in a canopied, outdoor dining space that looked out onto the pool. The pool was absolutely beautiful and was surrounded by plenty of lounge-chairs. I will say the pool is fairly shaded, so I moved my chair around to maximize my Vitamin D. The Bungalows is also very conveniently located a mere 5 minute walk from the heart of downtown. It is far enough to be peaceful, but close enough that we never needed a taxi unless we ventured much farther afield (e.g., San Jose Del Cabo), which was great for maximizing $$ for margaritas. Breakfast Wow. Just wow. We've stayed in B&Bs in many places in part because we like to start our travel days off with a good breakfast and the Bungalows did not disappoint. Each day the chef prepared a different breakfast item alternating sweet and savory, but each and every one was delicious (frittata and banana pancakes were my fave). Breakfast is served with awesome coffee, fresh fruit and either juice or a smoothie (ugh the smoothies were amazing). I was a little shocked to see some guests seemed unwilling to try the dish of the day and wanted to treat this as if they were in a full service restaurant, but was even more surprised (and impressed) that the crew at the Bungalows were completely unfazed by even the most difficult personalities and sincerely tried to accommodate in any way they could to make their guests happy. That is true professionalism and just indicative of how gracious and kind the team is. Misc They have an AWESOME movie selection and will make you popcorn for your movie! They also had great restaurant recommendations (Brasa Viva arrachera haunts my dreams) and just generally helped us maximize our time in Cabo. Also Ali, Claudia and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make me feel better when I was under the weather. Ali's recommendation of lemongrass tea w/ honey was just what the doctor ordered!

Over the course of 16 years, my cousin and I have visited Cabo San Lucas well over 20 times. We have stayed at the most exclusive/expensive resorts and also stayed at many cute little holes in the walls with no amenities and everything in between. The prices, for what you get here, are SO reasonable that the Bungalows surpass the “luxury” resorts HANDS DOWN. It’s like a secret, hidden gem. We never heard another guest there, even though there had to of been at least 20 other guests there. They have longer hours for breakfast and it’s just so sleepy and peaceful you are never bumping into each other. It really feels like you have the whole place to yourself. While I cannot say enough about how beautiful the grounds are, It’s also very hard to not rave about the entire staff for 20 paragraphs. They really truly love their jobs and care about their clients, and it shows in every single thing they do. Eric, Ally and Christian seems to be “right there” the second you need anything or have a question. If you happen to mention a favorite type of food, they’ll list off the best 10 restaurants to go to with personal recommendations and people to ask for. Christian will check in with you daily to see if you need help arranging a ride or an activity. At this point my cousin and I are self-sufficient and are over “activities” but we still popped into Christian’s office multiple times a day to visit, laugh or for his opinion on what we planned on doing. He is busy and has a lot to do, but we never once felt like we did not have his full attention (Which is a big deal...we are from Jersey and can be a handful 😂) No request is too big or too annoying. I’m a picky vegetarian, at this I don’t ask for special dishes but I was brought out a plate of cheesy hash browns just to try (best I’ve ever had). As much as we want this place to stay a sleepy little secret, Christian, Eric, Ally, the cleaning crew and cooks are so absolutely amazing, I want them to be booked at full capacity every day so they can never leave! After all these years of traveling to Cabo, I can honestly say if we could not stay at the Bungalows we would not return. All of these five star reviews are not wrong, and this is the only place you should stay in Cabo. Just please don’t go when we go back, because we want it to ourselves!

I just cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Cabo!!!! This quaint, boutique style hotel has my heart! It truly is a Garden Oasis of calm! We have never stayed in any other room except the second floor honeymoon suite --mainly for the distant ocean views, the musical fountain song on our deck and the increased privacy. Staff truly cares about each guest's experience and they just go above and beyond! As others ( and my previous review) stated breakfasts are amazing--alternating days between protein vs sweet, fresh squeezed juice vs. smoothie, and assorted fruit plate. Seconds are always offered--special requests honored with a smile. Grounds and rooms are kept immaculate by a hard-working, friendly crew. Our sheets were completely changed every two days. High end toiletries restocked without asking. The location is perfect. We rent a car to explore the area beaches during the day. There is plenty of parking out front. Then we walk into town each night. Easy walk to so many different restaurants and nightlife. There is a basic little convenience store literally around the corner as well as a new homemade ice cream shop. We have never felt unsafe!!! Yes, there are neighborhood dogs and roosters in the area--we have never found the noise to be unbearable or lost sleep even with windows open for that fantastic Cabo breeze! Ear plugs are provided but we have never used them.
