I had stayed at the Riu Palace AND at Marina fiesta resort and let me say although RIU was a super fun atmosphere I loved this spot. Still close to the marina , staff was vey nice and the vibe was relaxing. The rooms are super basic the 2 twins didnt have a tv but I was ok with that, wish I had booked 2 nights instead of one. Ill def be returning .

When you enter Cabo Inn you are in an outdoor setting. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. It is clean and cared for as if you owned it. This is definitely an experience getting to know many others who travel all over the world. Bikers, backpackers, couples and singles. All feel comfortable and share this experience with one another. This is well-worth the visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality. See you next year Dean

A beautiful boutique Hotel downtown is the BEST!! My wife & I were in an all inclusive on a resort & decided to try Cabo Inn Hotel; wow were we ever HAPPY!! This gem is AWESOME! We had the pleasure to stay in 1 of the palapa rooms. Exquisite room with an outdoor patio area. This is a small boutique hotel (1st hotel in Cabo built in 1952/54) met the owner who's mother has made this place look like it does; with a little authenticity and a lot of beauty. This place has great staff. Flores & Edwin are simply terrific! Willing to help out in any way to make our stay or enjoyable. There is a little pool and "lounging area" on the top floor to enjoy the sun & a common area on the main floor with table and chairs for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits homemade Mexcian breakfast and coffee of course. We were in a rush our last day and the kitchen even brought our food to our room! What a nice touch as we didn't even ask for it, they just did it! Thank you again. If you're looking for a place that's not all inclusive, a little more "rustic" or "boutique" style this is the place. Also offers a kitchen area to cook your own food, has a laundry mat across the street. Yes, the night clubs do party late, 5am when the shut down but its worth it! Treat yourself next time you go to Los Cabos! We will be back to Los Cabos, and yes we will be staying at CABO INN HOTEL!!

Husband and I stayed at Palapa 1 for two nights. It's like a honeymoon suite. Spacious. I liked the fresh open air during the day but at night it's very loud because of the clubs and bars that only close at 4 am. Bugs were not a problem. Bed was very comfortable. On the third night, we moved to a standard queen. The room and bathroom were small but fine for one night. The common area on the main floor is where they serve the delicious Mexican breakfast. It is also where guests can interact with other guests. We chose Cabo Inn for a more authentic experience in Mexico as well as sleep in a half outdoor room (Palapa). It is walking distance to the marina and Medano beach and many restaurants, street food, and stores nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, Edwin. Tips: bring flip flops If you're an early or light sleeper, the Palapa rooms may keep you up at night. Bring your own toiletries. Only bar soap is provided in the bathrooms. This hotel best suits low-maintenance travelers. We would stay here again.
