The hotel was set right in town and close to everything! The rooms are simple but clean - who plans to spend a great deal of time in their rooms when there is so much to see and experience? The restaurant is definitely a 5 star and we were fortunate to get reservations during

Just...no. This was really bad. 40 a night ought to be a clue. Kids cried. Saw bugs on bed. Locks on doors were real keys (that didn’t work). There are people that dig on this stuff. Not us. Don’t save a buck.

There are only common kitchen facilities at the Cabo Inn. My suggestion for you would be to stay where you have a kitchen in your room. There are stores around but like the big ones Wall Mart, Mega, etc. would require a taxi or local bus which we use. Not sure about the music festival. I think you might be talking about the one in San Jose which is about 20 miles or so.
