My second visit in the year was with my wife, and we had a great time. The hotel did a complimentary upgrade for mi birthday and we enjoyed access to the spa, a personal concierge and breakfast. The property is extrremely well located, very close to the marina and "center" of Cabo. Additionally the crowd was very pleasant and the pool party on saturday is a MUST.

Best ME so far. If you haven’t stayed in a ME by Melia yet, I’d recommend it. They’re fun, have a bit of party vibe, but also really treat their guests well with great amenities and service. The ME Cabo, with its incredible view of the tip of Cabo San Lucas, great walkable location to anything you want to see, phenomenal pool and beach area, and even the solid YHI spa... well, it’s one heck of an experience. We spent the weekend there for a birthday celebration and booked a junior suite. This level of room, not much more expensive than a typical room gives you the ME+ concierge... and well, that was the winner. Our main man Frank was the most helpful guy anytime we needed him. He connected to us on WhatsApp when we arrived, and was always available from then on out. “Hey Frank, we are on the other side of the marina, what’s for lunch?” ... 20 seconds later: “go here, great tacos” ... “Hey Frank, we are driving to Todos Santos right now, any suggestions.” ... 20 seconds later, a whole list of good things. Dinner reservations (where they were always informed we had a birthday girl with us!) were always booked right away, etc etc. It just made life easy. Beyond the great ME+ service (no, they’re not paying me to say this), the spa was excellent and the vouchers you get make it very reasonably priced. We went to the White Party, which was fun, a little cold that chilled the vibe a but, but it was good overall (I feel bad for anyone trying to sleep before 2:30am). Breakfast was excellent, grounds were always in good shape, and the staff all knew us by the end of the long weekend. A welcoming and beautiful place. I’d recommend room 615 any day of the week, Frank is the man if you can connect with him, get the YHI signature massage, and just enjoy. Oh, and free valet parking... win!

This was our first time in Cabo and ME Cabo gave us the best experience! We had two birthdays to celebrate and it was perfect! Bere was such an amazing host! She was so accommodating to every single one of our needs. She stayed in touch with us making sure we were making the best of our trip. She made recommendations and reservations for us. We were made feel so special on each of our birthdays! Everyone knew who we were by name and gave us so much Birthday love. From greeting us with birthday wishes to Champagne and cake in our room to everyone singing at the restaurant! The lobby is very refreshing! Loved walking in and immediately getting a view of the ocean! The views in the ocean front room are breathtaking! The spa experience is a must! The pool party was so much fun! Having superb service from all the staff definitely makes the experience 1000% more enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely be staying here each time I come back. Thank you Me Cabo for an amazing stay!

We came down last week with a big group for my husband birthday and really enjoyed our stay. I was worried about a few things having read some of the reviews (like not even bringing water in) but our group did not have an issue with that. The tiny little milk cartons of water they give you in the room (maybe 8 ounces tops) are no where near enough for the hot sun and drinking one does there, so that was my only complaint that they need to provide bigger bottles in the room (and not the ones in the fridge that are $10 a pop) but our concierge gave us extra ones each and every day. I would literally drink 5 night to re-hydrate! Bere our concierge was excellent. She really took care of our group the whole time. We asked if she could get up some beds by the pool and not charge the minimums since we would be spending $$$ on alcohol anyway and she came through. And $$$ we did spend. Highlights - the included breakfast each morning was great, the pool beds are super plush and comfy, the drinks were good and the DJ starts the music in the morning very chill and low and then slowly amps it up through the afternoon to read the crowd and get the energy going a little more. I was worried it would be a rave like feel (music wise) all day based on some of the reviews, but didnt find that to be the case at all). And there was no music at all after 7 pm or really before 10 am. And of course the location was excellent. My 80-min massage at their spa by Liz was literally the best I have ever had -- I went at the recommendation of my girlfriends who went the day before and said the same thing. The spa itself is okay (the locker room is drab) but the pre-treatment waiting area is lovely & relaxing (simple), and they gave me some wonderful drinks & nibbles to enjoy before and after. And Liz was incredible! We splurged on one of the top corner suites with wrap around balcony's and it was beautiful. Bed was a tad too hard for most of us in the group, so Bere had the cleaning crew add comforter toppers under our sheets which helped a tiny bit. Aside from the lack of water around the resort, the beds were my only other slight complaint. The age groups of the crowds? Well our group was all 43-50 year olds, and there was another group there celebrating their 50th and the pool had a mix of 24-50 year olds I'd guess. Other guests for the most part appeared in their 30's. We did not feel out of place at all; it was a healthy mix of ages. I'm not sure what you would get at spring break of course, I'm sure a much younger crowd, but we went in the off season in October and had a great time. I would stay there again if going with friends as we did. Quieter couples who prefer more luxe experiences will probably want other resorts.

Hotel was very nice, Lookswise - we had gone for my cousin's bachelor party and heard the ME resorts being more of a party place. BOY were we wrong. This hotel was SO quiet and nothing going on at all, we had to leave the resort to have fun, the prices were VERY inflated, a bottle of water at breakfast was $5. They said their big day was saturday because of a pool party they host, all this hotel wanted to do was suck money out of us by selling cabanas and bottles... It was insane. I would never go back here, they gave us such a hard time, if you are a couple looking to sleep all week and pay triple your whole vacation, then this is the place. I would rather stay more towards cabo, like breathless!
