We visited Garza Blanc for 5 nights last month. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and hands down Garza Blanca has been the best as far as facilities, drinks, food and service. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had no pressure regarding a time share. We had to sign for our bills, but for example we could run a “tab” all day at the pool, so it was not that big of a deal. The food was mostly great. We had a couple issues with food, but they were promptly resolved. I have celiac disease and it’s always a challenge. At Garza Blanca the restaurant managers and servers were very aware of gluten free allergies and the importance of getting it right. Brenda Macias ,the breakfast manager was fantastic. Hector C also did a fabulous job. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. The tuna hibachi was spectacular. Service was great as well. Bocados was also great. My filet was cooked perfectly, and my husband really enjoyed the clam chowder in a bread bowl. Make sure to check out the specialty cocktail menu in each restaurant and bar they are different and are delicious. The pool service was fantastic. David, Mariana and Hernan come to mind, but everyone was great. We never had to wait for service. The buckets/bags of iced water bottles at the pool were a nice touch. The pool was a little chilly for the weather, so the hot tub was the place to be and was often filled with kids. Camilla did a great job encouraging activities and did a great job with water aerobics and the jumping class on the rooftop. The rooftop pool and bar were also very nice and calmer than the main pool. There is no hot tub on the rooftop though. The staff at the lobby bar was amazing and they made a fantastic smoked old fashion. Rey and Oscar provided excellent service and were a lot of fun. Our butlers, Gianni and Alan, were always there for any needs and even provided a special treat of chocolate strawberries in our room one day. They also made reservations, restocked the beverages in the room and took care of any special requests. Overall, a great trip. I would recommend Garza Blanca Los Cabo’s to anyone.…
Just came back from 5 glorious days at Garza Blanca Cabo. Incredible stay. Stunning resort, excellent service and delicious food. I honestly don't have anything bad to say. We were pampered the whole time with extra kudos and shout out to Noemi and Alejandro with the butler service. All needs/desires met. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. We'll be back!
Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing four-day vacation. First time at an all-inclusive, but hard to imagine better service, more delicious food options, more luxurious poolside lounging or more comfortable beds. Not much in the way of nighttime activities and TV options weren’t great, but we were so tired from being in the glorious sunshine all day (with plenty of margaritas!) that we were asleep by 10:30 anyway. A day trip of whale watching and even a game of pickleball made it complete!
David was our server at Blanca Blue, and made our dining experience incredible! He was so kind and had amazing recommendations. My fiancé has an extreme nut allergy and he helped us navigate the menu. Highly recommend Blanca Blue and if you get David, you will be in great hands!
We stayed at Garza Blanca last week and we had a fabulous time! I can’t even begin to describe the attention their staff members provide, from greeting us every time they see us to going above and beyond for whatever we needed. The food and drinks were amazing. The resort was so clean and well taken care of. When our flight was canceled, we called the resort and they quickly offered us another night at the resort. Everything was wonderful and I would not hesitate staying here again!!!
The resort is a beautiful property and the service is impeccable. Check in was efficient and, although our rooms were not ready, they made sure that we were comfortable and helped us settle in. Our butlers. Cesar and Alberto, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful. Frequent check-ins, always providing great advice on menu items and making sure that my daughter had an incredibly memorable birthday are stand out service elements. The first low is that, even with the all inclusive package, guests are required to sign a chit for literally everything they eat or drink. It detracts substantially from the all inclusive feeling of enjoying a meal or a cold drink and being free to wander away at your leisure without having to track down your server for your chit. The second low is, I would say, inaccurate room descriptions. We began our stay in a 2-bedroom garden view suite. There was no garden to be seen, but there was a great view of the ocean. And the highway. And the water purification equipment. The highway and water purification noise prompted us to move to an ocean view suite. Despite the name, there was much less of an ocean view, but saved us from the constant noise of the water purification system and highway. However, once we settled in to the new suite, everything was fantastic. However, be careful which room class you book as the hotel's descriptions are misleading.…
We had the best time at Garza, it’s a beautiful resort. The service was perfect too - our butler Paco really made our stay a dream. Very helpful and attentive and made everything we need really easy. Thank you Paco and Garza for the awesome stay.
Came to Garza Blanca for my bachelorette weekend and it was everything you could have asked for! Edgar and Jesus were the most attentive butlers. They brought us snacks, playing cards, and even arranged a cab to bring my friends wallet to the airport when she left it. Camille taught water aerobics and made it such a fun time. Highly recommend!
This was my husband and I’s first time in Cabo and we went for a wedding. First of all, the resort is incredibly beautiful and clean. The staff was SOOO pleasant and kind. Every single server, cleaner, everyone was wonderful. We could not believe we had our very own butlers (and the BEST ONES!) Diana and Alberto. They messaged us to check on us, answered our messages so fast & went above and beyond!!!! It was probably the priciest place we had ever stayed in but the VALUEEEE was so worth it. We also loved how they explained everything in our room and all the things we can ask for. Emilio is the gentleman that walked us to our room and he was so kind! It’s as if we pay for them not to deny ANY of our requests. They really made our vacation so lavish!
We went to this hotel for my sons wedding. Beautiful hotel, service was excellent. We had a hard time with the dinner reservation and obviously we were a big group but they new months in advance we were coming. I just wished they were organized. The wedding was beautiful but this hotel definitely not very kid friendly. We requested high chairs for 2 kids at the wedding and it was never delivered. It was a beautiful weekend.
