Sangervasio is located inside a medieval village on the hills near Pisa, 25 Km far from the Thyrrenian Sea, surrounded by the pristine landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The apartments are dipped in the amazing woodland and in the organically grown vineyards of the farm land. Every apartment is furnished in Tuscan style, has a kitchenette where is possible to cook and a private toilet. Furthermore, you can relax under the Tuscan sunshine through our two swimming-pools, you can enjoy wine tastings and tours of our cellar organised weekly only for our customers or you can dine at our "Ristoro San Gervasio", where you can find many typical Tuscan products. Pisa Airport is about 30 minutes far by car and Pontedera Train Station is only 15 minutes far.

Detailed Reviews
Our self catering apartment was a decent size, linnen was plenty and clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are in need of a desperate make-over. The shower (in the middle of the bathroom) with only a shower curtain makes showering very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The whole bathroom is wet when done.
Large grounds & grass for children to explore and barbeque facilities. Nice and quite area. Good location and friendly people.
There is also a nice swimming pool (with chairs, table's & umbrella's), 5min walk from the apartment.

My husband and I recently visited Tuscany on our honeymoon and we were staying in Palaia so we booked the San Gervasio wine tour as it was close by. The booking was very easy, Lisa replied to my email immediately and was very helpful, giving us four different tour options. On the day, Adele gave the tour and she was incredibly friendly and fun as well as knowledgeable. She showed us around the estate and explained the process in detail. We then tried four different wines accompanied by some lovely local cheese. San Gervasio is a beautiful estate with breathtaking views. We will definitely recommend the tour to friends and family.

We have traveled to many different wine regions in the world, and the tour that Adele gave today was one of the best we have experienced. We very easily made reservations the day prior through the website and had our pick of times to visit. We are staying between Pisa and Florence, which makes travel to the more popular Chianti and Montelcino regions challenging.
Adele took the time to share the history of the property and literally walked us through each step of the winemaking operation... we had the very special treat of watching the fermented wine in process. She was very knowledgable about the product, the process, and the local area.
After the tour was a tasting that included three wines and a cheese- we were able to try a fourth wine upon request. Highly recommend this stop for anyone who enjoys wine and is staying in central Tuscany!

The hotel is very nice and in a very quite area. Paolo is a great host and was always available and concerned about our comfort. We also got to enjoy two of the wines they make there and were very good. The two swimming pools are kept in good conditions, and the apartments are well furnished with everything needed for our stay. Highly recommended place, and you are close to many sight seeing places.

Our host Paolo was fantastic. He was very accommodating and helped us out whenever we needed it. The accommodation was a small flat that suited us (a family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children). It was simple and perfect for our 3 night stay. The accommodation is located on a vineyard (San Gervasio) in a small village of the same name. There is a little restaurant that serves authentic Tuscan food. It is a family run affair with no menus and the meals on offer change each day. The Prosciutto and Sheep's cheese made in this area is a must try and the scenery from the terrace is truly superb. The Chianti made in the vineyard is also excellent and a great accompaniment to the food.
