Every path, section of garden, pool and seating area is meticulously clean... The main pool is clean and warm and has jaw dropping views of the Payangan jungle... My 2 children (age 11 & 9) also loved the animal farm and surrounding garden which were also perfectly maintained...

The first person we met off the plane was our lovely Padma driver Artawan who greeted us with a warm heart and cold water... We felt a connection with Artawan from the very beginning of our holiday, this connection was comprised of lots of information, tea and coffee tasting and even more laughs, thankfully the resort allowed us to have Artawan as a private driver for our last day at the resort so we could experience his favourite spots and have one last goodbye before leaving Padma... My family now shares a great friendship with Artawan and will be a great connection for years to come we’re we will certainly be spending another holiday in Padma Resort... The individualisation we received from the staff was incredible this includes remembering our names as we were mixed in with a lot of other holiday go-ers and even remembering our entire order from the previous night, the staff share genuine care and concern for customers and it does not go unnoticed by the customer...

...The second we stepped foot onto the hotel grounds, we were treated like royalty by all staff members, and were completely mesmerized by the sheer beauty of the hotel- we knew this was going to be a very special stay! Each morning we were lucky to enjoy the delicious breakfast spread (which alone requires its own 5-star review!)... In particular, we were lucky to have been taken care of by Rio and Made when we arrived from the airport after a long day of travel... They made our welcome into the hotel and they set the tone for what we knew was going to be an incredible stay!... We also were able to meet Mega who waited on us for the Jungle BBQ experience which was beyond phenomenal... We were the only ones to sign up for it the night we went, so we felt extra special in the beautiful setting... He made that dinner experience so special and a night that we will never forget!... Thank you to Padma for the best trip we’ve had and we can’t wait to return!...

This hotel has struck a good balance at catering to both families and couples...although I am pretty sure some of the couples are less thrilled that there are kids around as it is a pretty zen place... It is in great shape, everything worked properly...just no complaints... They do money exchange on-site for most major currencies so that was a nice touch given I needed a certain amount of cash in IRD for my transfer to the airport... Given the hotel is 30 minutes from Ubud, it saved me having to ask my driver to stop and get cash from some other location along the way... If you need pretty much anything, if you make a call to the butler service, your request will be completed in less than 5 minutes, which is great in my experience...

The hotel is made of people who work and I have had pleasure to be treated in the nicest day by everyone that has walked my path. There are special people that you end up meeting with the purest energy of customer service... I don’t usually remember the names of people who serve me but I do remember Rasti for making us feel very special and for being very attentive and great energy...

...He was super friendly, accommodating and a joy to be around... He was so fun to be with and stopped to talk and answer all our questions about what grows in the jungle... Agus made sure that everyone was safe on the whole journey, even picked up the little boy who was scared of the dogs in the local village...

...The best pool I have ever seen Complimentary Activities: swimming, archery, golf ( didn’t do this so can’t comment) yoga- 3 different sessions, a gym, jogging track through the jungle Shuttle to ubud (40 min away), cycling through the paddy fields with guide. The cycling was a Highlight of our stay- Rusdi, our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions about traditional Bali life and farming practices... Breakfast and afternoon tea was included in our stay... Happy hour from 12 pm to 6 pm...

I visited Padma to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. As always, everyone we crossed paths with during our stay went above and beyond... Our room was always cleaned to a high standard daily and the 24hr butler service on WhatsApp was very handy during our stay... :) Also highly recommend the sunrise Mt Batur hike through Padma, it was the highlight of our trip and the driver (Yogi) and guide organised for us made the 2:30am start for us comfortable and enjoyable... Amongst all my travels across the world , staying at Padma UBUD has by far been one of my finest experiences... A special mention for Rini at the kids club who was so hard working, patient and super caring for kids... The resort is blessed to have such a kind soul run the kids club... Also Nur at the animal garden was very dedicated and a great multi-tasker; she helped my son immensely with his first fishing experience while also helping other guests at the same time... In general, all the staff are very hospitable and show genuine attention and dedication to serving the guests... The breakfast spread was very nice and also served local dishes for guests to try...

...There were several staff who made our stay that bit more special. We had booked a club room, and made our check in there and the use of the Club Room with Afternoon Tea and evening cocktails... There Sapitri made sure that we had a fantastic check in, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were well looked after... On this evening we were looked after by Selly who did an amazing job... Everything was simply perfect and Selly made sure we had everything we needed, and that we had an unforgettable evening... On both the tours we took with Agus, he made sure that we had an excellent time... We saw everything we wanted to without been overcrowded with other tourists, and expertly explained everything to us, and answered any questions we had about the places we visited... Agus really looked after us on our two day trips, and ensured that we had a fantastic time and got some amazing photos, as well as an unforgettable experience...

Our stay at Padma Resorts, Ubud was perfect. All the staff were really helpful in making our stay special, mainly Chef Murdana who took extra efforts to cook Indian food for breakfast...

Padma Ubud is a great resort if you’re after some time away from the craziness of the usual tourist spots. Forty or so minutes out of Ubud, it offers great activities for the guests to be involved in... A couple of these are the Animal Feeding and the Jungle Trekking experience... And if you still want to enjoy Ubud and it’s great food and shops, Padma have a free shuttle service that runs multiple times throughout the day... All in all, a very relaxing place to stay with the most attentive staff...

...Each morning we were lucky to enjoy the delicious breakfast spread (which alone requires its own 5-star review!) and got to take in either the breathtaking view of the Ubud jungle from the Puhu restaurant or the view of the fabulous infinity pool while we ate... In particular, we were lucky to have been taken care of by Rio and Made when we arrived from the airport after a long day of travel... They made our welcome into the hotel and they set the tone for what we knew was going to be an incredible stay!... Additionally, there are so many options for activities at the resort, there is truly something for everyone... We also were able to meet Mega who waited on us for the Jungle BBQ experience which was beyond phenomenal... We had the absolute best time at this resort and can’t wait to come back...

...The hotel has not changed at all (although they are renovating the lobby bar), but the same super high level of service, quality and cleanliness is there. The zen pool is simply the best you can find with the swim up bar being the cherry on top... The gym is well maintained (equipment looks brand new still!)... The pizza at the pool side restaurant (Pool Cafe and Bar) is outstanding...I could probably eat it everyday... The A la Carte restaurant called Puhu has a massive selection of dishes and everything was great... The breakfast buffet that also takes place in Puhu has a great selection for every palate... The Agroforestry area is simply beautiful and well maintained... Feeding the koy fish was also another big event for our kids, they loved it... This hotel has struck a good balance at catering to both families and couples...although I am pretty sure some of the couples are less thrilled that there are kids around as it is a pretty zen place... We tried the archery and driving range, its a great way to spend an hour or so daily... The walking path to Bamboo bridge is nice, again, great way to get moving once in a while... It is in great shape, everything worked properly...just no complaints... They do money exchange on-site for most major currencies so that was a nice touch given I needed a certain amount of cash in IRD for my transfer to the airport... If you need pretty much anything, if you make a call to the butler service, your request will be completed in less than 5 minutes, which is great in my experience...

...We stayed here for five nights on our honeymoon and first ever time in Bali,it was absolutely stunning and we were blown away by the views and stunning suite (room) when we arrived…the views from our balcony were ones I’ve never seen before and waking up to it every morning and the sound of the jungle animals was amazing!!! The staff could not do enough for you and were so polite,we loved chatting to them every day and were happy to help with anything you needed…the pool bar is amazing along with the views and the heated pool... There are two restaurants in this hotel,one alongside the pool which serves amazing food at lunchtime…you must try the kofta wrap it was incredible along with the typical Balinese breakfasts which we loved trying... There is also happy hour (free drinks) in the bar late afternoon if your a member of the club alongside small dishes they bring out which was such a nice touch... Views for breakfast were amazing especially with the restaurant being high up looking over the jungle…we also had a lovely romantic meal just outside of the hotel which they set up for you and I was blown away by this and the food 😍 This is definitely a nice relaxing hotel the bar shuts at 9pm and restaurant upstairs around 10pm so you definitely feel super relaxed when staying here…so many amazing activities that are free through the hotel,we didn’t do them all just cycling and archery but it’s great to have them all included if you don’t want to just relax by the pool... Definitely pay a visit to the spa we both had a wonderful treatment and it was beautifully done and we felt super relaxed afterwards... This hotel is also amazing for families,lots going on for the children and a kids club as well…we knew this before booking and didn’t mind but if your wanting adults only you may not want to look elsewhere but to us this did not matter... I would highly recommend staying here it’s a stunning hotel,staff are extremely helpful and so well mannered!...

...I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from peace, tranquility in the middle of nature, an in-house variety of interesting activities to warm hospitality and great food... My daughter loved feeding the fish and the kids club that had a variety of indoor and outdoor activities... Across all parts of the resort, one common theme is closeness to nature, warm staff and a fine taste of decor... A few other special mentions to Madi at golf, Nyoman Mahendra at the archery session and Angga at the animal garden... The breakfast spread was very nice and also served local dishes for guests to try... I would suggest that the hotel builds an indoor dining space as sometimes it gets quite cold and breezy especially in the evenings (Both the restaurants are open air) In summary, a wonderful close to nature experience and very impressed with all aspects of the resort...

...There are animals like sea otters, rabbits, cows, ducks, turtles etc, and lots of plants in their vegetable garden... The room is big enough with great view if you stay in the 4th floor... The all staff of this resort are very kind and nice... Agus seems to be very good at picking up what we need and gave us a lot of helpful information to be able to enjoy this resort more effectively on top of everything... If you want to enjoy activities in this resort, I advise you guys to seek for Agus...

...I had the most wonderful experience at Padma during our stay!! Everyone from the staff was very kind and attentive... Pool is heated, food at the restaurant was top quality, and the whole tour of the resort (bamboo bridge, jogging trail, spa, fitness center) is breathtaking... He took care of us from the very first second, took us through the area and gave us cultural background, as well as having us enjoy fresh coconut during our ride... I loved the Padma Ubud Resort and has given me more than enough reasons to return to Bali for more wonderful memories!!...

...As always, everyone we crossed paths with during our stay went above and beyond. Breakfast had a great range of options, with great selections for vegetarians... Our room was always cleaned to a high standard daily and the 24hr butler service on WhatsApp was very handy during our stay... :) Also highly recommend the sunrise Mt Batur hike through Padma, it was the highlight of our trip and the driver (Yogi) and guide organised for us made the 2:30am start for us comfortable and enjoyable...

...Make sure to have a dip in their beautiful infinity pool set at the perfect temperature as you grab a drink from the sunken pool bar and order yourself one of their delicious pizzas!... We stayed here for 3 nights and the place offers various fun activities such as aerial yoga, archery, a walk through their beautiful bamboo forest trail and more... We will for sure take this skill back to Melbourne with us😍 The aerial yoga with Lee was also fun & a memorable experience Special thanks to Diandra and Bodi for their warm hospitality, they truly made us feel at home and were super lovely and accomodating along with the rest of the team🥰 We would love to be back and would definitely recommend this place for your future stay Thank you Padma & team♥️♥️...

...There’s so many activities to choose from, I personally loved the free yoga morning classes and my husband really enjoyed the mountain biking experience around the nearby villages too, our son loves the kids club and animal garden... Apart from the activities, the venue, the spa, the food were ALL outstanding... The breakfast of course was just sensational (especially at the pool cafe) but the complimentary afternoon tea was also so so good!...

...This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, this was our second visit. Set up high in the mountains close to Ubud this is the ultimate getaway... The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking... In addition to the great food and drinks there are a range of onsite activities, we did the archery, golf (driving range net and chipping range), bike ride through the local village, animal garden (birds, fishing, otters, goats, cows and rabbits) and argoforestry tour... We both had a Balinese massage at the spa and again can say the best we’ve ever had... They were all so genuinely helpful and attentive without standing over you, they really made our stay extra special... A special shout out to Rasti who looked after us during our ‘Jungle BBQ’ experience, what a great experience with great food and service... I would highly recommend this resort - it’s worth every penny...

...The pool is beautiful and worth your time. It's got an incredible view but also space to relax and read if that's what you're looking for... We saw people reading by the pool regularly... It's also open till 9pm... The other hotels we stayed at closed their pools at 7pm... From the all you can eat buffet breakfast with its combination of national and western foods to the dinner buffet and even room service choices, you always have great options... The hotel also provided an afternoon tea service with some great treats and a tea of coffee if needed... This adds more to the location because it means you won't be travelling far or having to wake up early... It's a great place and well worth the money...

My family of four has just left this most fabulous resort after staying for 3 nights... We were fortunate enough to have found a great luxury escapes package which included breakfast, either lunch or dinner each day and a couples massage... I enjoyed a lovely massage at The Spa which was fabulous - Tina did a wonderful job... We also found the running track, bamboo bridge and grounds including the animals and gardens to be wonderful to roam about...
