When our travel plans were disrupted, we found ourselves without a hotel for one night in San Miguel de Allende. Robert and Martha were gracious enough to accommodate us for that one night. They were responsive and generous with their time and communication. Location cannot be beat. Literally behind the main church in the main plaza. The casita was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything you need is there (except shampoo, but most people stay longer than we were). Also I did not find a blow dryer, so might want to pack one if that's important to you or ask the owner. I did not bother asking since we were there only one night. It's very possible that one could be provided. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again and again.

We spent two weeks in Casita Tulipan over Christmas - New Year - one of the five casitas here, the only one bedroom one. I cannot imagine any couple will be disappointed here. The absolute best location close to everything and very well equipped - three levels including beautiful roof deck with lovely views, spacious bedroom, bathroom and storage and very nice ground floor open living room, dining area and kitchen. Very professional staff and easy to deal with Robert to book. Parking nearby if you need it. We have visited more than half dozen times and this is the best centro location on what many call "the most beautiful street in the world".

Lovely in all ways! Perfect location, serene setting, exquisite decor, comfy bed, washer & dryer, and well stocked kitchen! Maid service twice weekly - safe location. I had the Casita Rosa ( there are 5 units) and I had a guest for two of my four week stay. There was a desk and folding bed that my guest was able to use. The terrace is spectacular, and CincoFlores is pet-friendly (even providing small plastic bags near the entrance/exit door.) I would highly recommend these apartments for your stay in San Miguel!

This is a group of 5 small apartments behind one of the wooden doors of San Miguel.
One short block from the center of town makes the location perfect. And these units are perfect. One small studio, two one-bedrooms, and two two bedrooms (owners sometimes live in one of them). All different. All Charming. All perfect. Except for the studio, they all have access to their own private roof terrace. Washing machine and dryer on roof so you don't have to bring lots of clothes. The staff of two takes care of everything and everything is always perfect. Gotta think of another word besides perfect. But it was.

This is a GREAT place to stay and is only a block away from the plaza. VERY clean and VERY beautiful. Small casitas that are VERY charming. A little hard to find so if you are driving just find a taxi and tell him to drive you there and follow the taxi. Parking that is secure a couple of blocks away.

We stayed for a week in Casa Corazon and loved every minute. The location was very convenient to everything -- restaurants, historic sites, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Lovely furnishings, like living in a museum! We had everything we needed for our stay and the staff was superb. Wendy and Juan Pablo were great, keeping everything clean and making sure we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything one could possibly think of, and the outside terraces filled with flowers were gorgeous. We've stayed a number of places over the years in San Miguel and Cinco Flores is now a new favorite! We were able during our stay to have a look at the other casitas available at Cinco Flores and I would be happy to stay in any of them. All have small rooftop terraces except Jasmine.

What a marvelous week we spent at the Casa Corazon Penthouse! The location is superb, in Centro and right in the heart of San Miguel. The Jardin and the Parroquia as well as shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Parque Benito Juarez is a short walk down Almada. However, the penthouse is so beautiful that I wasn't sure I wanted to venture out. The artwork alone made me feel as if I was in a small museum. On our last day there, we were still discovering pieces we hadn't noticed. Three fireplaces, a great kitchen, several living areas, tiled showers, three terraces, a welcoming corridor as soon as we entered the door from the street, beautiful architecture--I was in awe the entire time. The views from the two upper terraces are breathtaking. Morning coffee was enjoyable with a view of the distant mountains and of colorful hot air balloons passing overhead. The sunset and the view of the Parroquia lit up at night were lovely. Magali and Juan Pablo took great care of the casita and the many plants on the terraces. Robert, the owner, was responsive and helpful when we were booking and afterward. Leaving after a week was difficult!

I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING and BREATHTAKING this place was, not only its magnificent terraces that look over the city perfectly and its cozy fireplaces but the staff was just more than great! From Robert, the owner, who made sure the reservation process was a breeze and explained everything so well to Belem, the building manager, who was just the sweetest! and made our stay just that much better!! and of course all the other staff that were just as great! I rented out both Casita Corazon and Jasmine, its definitely worth every penny! it was the perfect back drops for some of my sisters wedding photos. I cant wait to go again!!!

Had the opportunity to stay at Cinco Flores for 8 nights in June/July and I can't wait to return! Lovely property with colonial charm and modern amenities just steps from the Jardin! I loved hearing the church bells marking the hours, sitting on my roof terrace with my morning coffee, and getting a massage from Jess (info on request). Magali and Juan Pablo took great care of me/my casita, and Robert/owner, was uber responsive. Can't wait to stay again!

We spent a short 4 days in Casita Lirio, the 2 bedroom unit. It was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful to make our visit perfect. The location is within a block of the big church and Jardin and many restaurants nearby. The downside of being so close to the church is that bells go off randomly and start at 0600 daily. We couldn't figure a schedule but they were pretty loud. We walked to all of the recommended places except the botanical garden and the Fabrica la Aurora. The streets are very narrow and cobblestones so you must take care while walking. It is a bit slippery when wet. I highly recommend Cinco Flores
