My boyfriend and I stayed in Maricela's B&B in July 2009 and it was a really memorable accommodation. The host, Maricela, provides a scrumptious and authentic Mexican breakfast and lunch, which is shared by all of the guests. This is a great way to meet other people and get ideas about different things to do in the surrounding area. The...

We just stayed at Maricela's for the second time. There is absolutely no reason to look any further. The location, the service, the meals, and most of all, Maricela, the perfect hostess. Howard and Joyce

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay with Maricela. She is a very gracious hostess. Her staff are four of the hardest working young women I have ever seen! They keep the place spotless and cooked us two excellent meals each day (except Sunday). Maricela was also helpful in recommending trips, pharmacy, bakeries, etc. The location is perfect- just a couple...

I say BB&C because Maricela and her wonderful cook Ava & staff provide not only clean, comfortable, rooms and a large sumptuous breakfasts (usually more than I could eat) including fresh fruits, homemade granola, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk, tea plus a main dish and fresh pastry; they also provide Comida (lunch in the USA) around 2pm every day! Another feast for...

The last email I received from Maricela simply said, "Welcome to your new home." For my first trip to SMA I could not have found a more comfortable, embracing, secure and completely lovely place to indeed feel very much at home. In fact, it became my home base from MArch through June as I left to travel to other parts...

Casa Maricela or Maricela's Home is 2 blocks from the Jarden in the center of town. The rooms are lovely, clearly decorated by a woman. Private bath, phone, t.v. and gorgeous views out the windows. Maricela has also brought in a Vonage phone so you can make calls to the US for free, and she is happy to let you...

Casa Maricela in San Miguel was more than I ever imagined. With the assistance from her wonderful staff I was served two delicious meals a day. Every morning was fresh fruit with yogurt and homemade granola followed by a Mexicain dish. There was also fresh bakery items. The two o'clock meal always started off with a wonderful soup and then...

My husband and I stayed at Maricela's casa for 9 days. The price includes breakfast and lunch. The food is excellent! The rooms are squeaky clean - Maricela has a staff that is constantly cleaning and making your stay as comfortable as possible without being in your way. The view from the roof top deck is a 360 degree view...

I have stayed at Maricela's two times this year and both experiences were wonderful! The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean. I have been on many terraces in San Miguel and Maricela's rooftop view is the BEST in the city and decorated with plants and comfortable furniture. The location is on one of the nicest streets in the...
