We live full time in SMA and, like most, have cancelled all travel and sticking close to home. For my wife’s birthday we decided to do an overnight to the View Hotel. Being a small boutique hotel we felt our exposure would be limited.

What a great experience! The staff were all wearing masks and observing safe protocol. We were the only 2 guests that day and they had everything available for us. We enjoyed the pool area, the outdoor seating and unbelievably beautiful views, a movie in their cinema and both dinner and breakfast in their restaurant and bar. It was nice to enjoy a change of scenery even if we were only 6 miles from home. It felt like we discovered a hidden gem.

This little oasis off the beaten track is worth the Uber ride into the city. It’s set back from the busy location of San Miguel de Allende. Yes you need to arrange a ride into town but the quietness is so worth it.
The hotel is lovely with little spots to hang out away from prying eyes. It has a nice small pool that is great for that afternoon dip. The restaurant serves a nice meal, and breakfast is included with your stay. The hotel has several nice play lists for music. The outside bar is open to serve where ever you are on the hotel grounds. The outside grounds are filled with beautiful flowers to take the perfect picture. The Spa offers very nice services in a nicely lit room. It was a stay we would do again.

By chance we found the "View", and decided to stay there during our visit to San Miguel de Allende. The hotel is a bit outside the city - with a magnificent view, nice rooms and hosts that are beyond compare.
We had dinner at the hotel, and were very pleasantly surprised. The chef was a true chef: he prepared excellent food, combined with a very nice service, and we were more than pleased with our decision to eat "locally".
We have been back since, both to have breakfast "on the road" and just to say hello to Adriana and Abeck, the hosts. They have found a very unique concept in a truly unique location!

View Boutique hotel offers a uniquely satisfying experience in San Miguel de Allende. Situated about 4 miles from the city centre, this hotel offers a stunning view of the river and SMA landscape. It also has modern fittings and the trappings of regular hotels like wifi internet with the added benefit of a homely feeling. The staff make every effort to make you feel at home- I mean literally at home. The chef Leonardo would charm his way to your heart both with his food and with his personable character.
The short stretch of dirt road leading to the hotel makes one feel as though one is going on an adventure. The prices were also very competitive by SMA standards.
In summary, I'd definitely stay here again

What a lucky find - especially for travelers with a car or who don't mind a taxi ride. 7km from town is this great hotel with a true sense of modern style, and the most helpful and courteous service. And the price is quite good for the service, accommodation and delicious breakfast. We'll be back! One word of warning - the very long dirt driveway is very rutted. I'd imagine that it would be difficult if your car has particularly low ground clearance or if the were heavy rains. That said, we saw low-ground-clearance vehicles up there and they didn't seem to have a problem.

Remotely located to secure complete relaxation, the owners of Hotel View do everything possible to secure you can recharge the batteries. E.g. we asked when breakfast was served: "you come here to relax, so breakfast is served whenever you want it" :)

Very nice and calm hotel. The view is nice and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. All the staff is very gentle and friendly; even if some of them speak only Spanish they do their best to accommodate you.
This location is perfect if you want to have a break and relax few days enjoying San Miguel d’Allende in the evening or during the day. Calculate that it takes about 15-20min taxi/Uber for getting to SMA.

This hotel is beautifully situated up on the hill side, just outside San Miguel de Allende and provides an ideal location to simply unwind for a few days, or a great base to go exploring in San Miguel or to visit the local attractions - it's a 15 minute taxi ride to town, or 20 minutes on the local bus which passes by on a regular basis.

The staff and owners are so kind and helpful. Nothing seems like too much trouble, and you really feel at home here. Their knowledge of things to do, where to go, good restaurants etc is superb and invaluable.

We can't comment on lunch or dinner, because we never tried it, but the breakfast was lovely, and a great way to start the day.

The room we had was lovely. Plenty of space, and very quaint with the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in.

The view, as the name of the hotel suggests, is what really steals the show. It's so beautiful, quiet, calming. Sitting in your little private porch, looking out over the lake will make your troubles melt away.

Highly recommended!

Miss. Christine Good afternoon View Hotel Boutque is located to 7 kms to San Miguel de Allende Sent the sketch of localization of View Hotel, are 6 bridges to go on the road to San Miguel in the sketch Allende-Celaya describes the Glorieta del El Pipila (located between the Comercial Mexicana and Banamex), you will need to bend to the left-hand side, taking on the side of Banamex that is the road to Celaya and pass 6 bridges (7 kms), on the 6th bridge will return to the left, down the bridge you will find two roads (one paved and one unpaved) you should take the path of secondary roads. The hotel has a la carte lunch and dinner in our panoramic terrace, as well as the use of green areas and Swimming Pool. viewhotelboutique Regards Abeck Leon
