Very stylish decor, large rooms and good ensuites in this lovely hotel. Perfect location just outside the pedestrian district of the old town. Excellent service from all the very friendly helpful staff. As others have said, unfortunately the rooms backing onto the dining areas can be very noisy late into the night.

We had to staty here at the last minute on the first day of our trip and afterwards we wished we had just booked here in the first place. It was super-high season (Xmas week) so they didn't have the 2 rooms we needed for the whole week. Alberto and the other concierges are great, helped arranged day trips with Israel a fabulous guide. Aperi is a world-class restaurant with local (SMA) twists, including great local wine. The courtyard for dining is so beautiful. The plumbing and electricity are great and even though the room was next to the street it wasn't too loud to sleep well. Call the hotel directly for the best rates, it's easy to book with the English speaking staff A++++. Take Bajigogo shuttle from BJX (you can fly from LAX to BJZ direct).

CHECK YOUR BILL!!! My wife and I just checked out of Dos Casas after a three night stay. While we loved our room #7 including the comfort of the bed, incredible view, and location, we were shocked when checking out to see several false charges on a very confusing bill. It took three attempts to finally get the amount correct, and only after we ourselves pressed the front desk. Had we not been diligent and persistent there would have been almost $500 of false charges. The final insult was upon leaving neither of the front desk workers offered any apologies even when asked. For this, and several other service related issues we would never recommend this hotel. Especially with so many other options in the city.

Great hotel, staff, restaurant... Would be 5 stars, except my room was right over the kitchen and the window opened up to a special event space. Load noise well into the night and again early in the morning. Avoid room number 2.

Our stay at Dos Casas far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is gorgeous, with a beautiful central courtyard/restaurant, well decorated rooms, and picturesque roof terraces. Our room was incredibly comfortable - lots of space to spread out, a heavenly bed I didn't want to leave, and all the amenities we could need. The private roof terrace was stunning, with beautiful plants lining the edge, loungers, a jacuzzi, and a great view of the city. The staff was very attentive and helpful with everything we needed. And there were so many special touches that made me feel well taken care of. Would highly recommend for a special stay!
