Excellent location steps from the main church and park action. My room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and windows facing the street. It was nice to open up the balcony doors and look out . You do hear the church bells and the nightly mariachis and music at the nearby bars - it didn’t bother me at all but there are ear plugs provided for light sleepers.

We just left this lovely hotel after spending 4 nights there. We were a family of 4-2adults and 2 teens. We had a family room which had two bedrooms and a spacious, modern bathroom. Everything was very clean, updated and staff was very attentive and helpful. Ricardo, the evening host had many recommendations and was happy to assist w reservations. Dolores, our housekeeper was friendly, kind and very attentive. Loved the modern art sprinkled into this beautiful colonial building. The only downside is there is no food onsite. This really wasn’t a problem as there was a plethora of restaurants on the streets surrounding the hotel. The sound of the church bells was a known when we booked but each room had earplugs and standing fans which provided sufficient background noise that we really weren’t disturbed. So glad we chose this hotel. It exceeded our expectations and couldn’t be in a more centralized location.

Beautiful and quaint hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel in general was very clean and followed all the current COVID guidelines. Hotel is located near many of the popular restaurants, coffee shops and just feet away from the main plaza and the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel. Some reviews we read complained about the noise but we had no issue. It is expected with a central location to have some noise. Would most definitely stay here again when we visit San Miguel Allende again.

Lovely staff and location central to everything. So central the church bells that ring all night aren’t charming at 3am. The hotel provides ear plus though 😀 Our rooms opened up onto the courtyard so not a lot of privacy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, no a/c but there is a fan and heater.

My son and daughter-law stayed for five days. They loved their room, had a jacousie tub. Room is as beautiful as the hotels that cost three and four times as much. We had looked at the rooms I. Beautiful, welcoming, centrally located. We stayed in room number 26 which has a living space with a pull out sofa bed. There is a king sized bed in a loft. Large bathroom with a jetted tub. There is a mini refrigerator which you don't usually find in the small hotels. The rooms open up to a beautiful courtyard with chaise lounges, table and chairs. A beautiful place to stay

Honestly this hotel has great customer service! As we got there we called them and they came out and took care of everything. Its very clean, quiet, very modern furnished, and its literally in downtown. The wife is very picky but she was extremely happy with this hotel. Will definitely come back.

We were in for a short trip- only one night, and our stay in La Morada was wonderful. The hotel is on the best location in my opinion as you can step out on the balcony and have a good view of the cathedral and part of the zocalo. Takes very good pictures! So clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, charming. Loved staying here. Felt at home.

My mom and I stayed in a room together at this hotel and absolutely loved it. The decor was new and modern, the room had everything you would need, and our location (at the beginning of the second floor hall) was perfect because our balcony offered views in three directions, including the main square. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower; the room had a small refrigerator, a closet, two luggage racks and a coffee maker. The service was great, though there weren’t many additional amenities to be had (Such as bottle opener). No restaurant or bar on property, but hundreds within walking distance so no real need. Very reasonably priced for what we got...we would definitely go back!

We were having a short but very concentrated visit to San Miguel de Allende and were staying a this property. A slight inconvenience, the are no elevators, so you walk up, only two - three flights mind you, but still, a walk-up. The rooms were truly spacious and extremely well appointed. Not very English channels on the TV. The hotel is centrally located near the main squares and the Cathedral. Good restaurants are in abundance all around. Parking is a problem, but the staff will make it quite easy since they park your vehicle and bring your luggage to the property. I want to stress the honesty of this hotel's management.. My wife forgot to remove her jewelry from the room safe when we left. There were several irreplaceable pieces that came from around the world, from Vietnam to Italy, Mexico to the Netherlands. We were heading for Guanajuato when we received a call asking us if we had forgotten some jewelry in our room. At that point, my wife realized her error. To make a long story short, with the honesty of the hotel staff, the resourcefulness of our traveling companion and good timing, we received every piece of jewelry, the next day in Dolores Hidalgo, at a truck stop, on the way to San Luis Potosi. We will NEVER forget these people, their honesty, their resourcefulness and their beautiful hotel. Thank you
