The place is friendly, well kept and very nice. We had a great experience staying there. An excelent Bed and Breakfast to enjoy with family or friends. Every room has its own character and history. Highly recommend staying here.

Booked this B&B without knowing much about it, it was a last minute booking to meet up with friends in San Miguel de Allende. Wife and I were pleasantly surprised with this place. Very beautiful and relaxing. B&B also has a very rich history...I wish I would have known more about its history before staying there, it would have made... More

We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The entire place is wonderful. Each room is individually decorated, spotless and comfortable. We stayed w another couple in two rooms--ours was Colibre. The rooms opened onto a lovely garden square and adjacent was a living room and full kitchen available to us. The building is wonderfully restored--actually a group... More

We decided to stay here since it was rated the #1 B&B in San Miguel. What a mistake. Due to old plumbing, you have to put all of your dirty toilet paper in an open trashcan/basket. Given the cost per night, I never could have imagined we wouldn't be able to flush the t.p. down the toilet. Far from charming.... More

Thank you for taking the time to make a review, though I wish you had told us your concerns at the time. Yes we have a very old building and some things cannot be changed with antique plumbing, but our state of the art water purification system and on- demand endless hot water do need sufficient pressure to operate and... Our Google maps app on the phone helped us find Casa de la Nocha, after a short time of getting used to the one-way streets and European style street signs up on the sides of buildings. The four of us were greeted warmly and provided information on the area even before being shown to our rooms, facing a beautiful, flowered... More

This is my 2nd visit to Casa de la Noche. I stayed in the Dragon Fly Room, which was charming. It was located in a little garden courtyard, very peaceful and pretty. We had access to an adjacent adorable kitchen and sitting room which we didn't use. Coffee and light morning snacks were available earlier in the morning, later followed... More

I can't rave enough about Casa de la Noche. It is a delightful experience from beginning to end. All the comforts of home, with all the charm of San Miguel de Allende inside the front door. Barbara and her entire staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and charmed from beginning to end. This is... More

The highlight of our first time in San Miguel de Allende was our stay at Casa de la Noche. Barbara and her staff were completely helpful and wonderful. The gardens and patio were beautiful. And the artwork throughout the property was just lovely. Finally, the location was ideal - only a short walk to the center, yet just beyond the... More

found this little place by accident. The property is charming, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff is extraordinarily helpful, and patient with my rudimentary Spanish. Booked the Chiquita, a tiny little room barely bigger than the bed, but so charming I loved it. True, if you are a privacy nut, don't choose this room -- it faces right on the... More
