Thanks to the owner, Barbara Poole, this property is very well-manged and the staff more than agreeable to ensure one's comfort. Its location is central and in a respectable neighbourhood. Barbara was our guardian angel throughout our stay and we would more than welcome her into our family. The synergy was unbelievable and we miss her charming surroundings. Undoubtedly, we... More

Last October I stayed at Casa de la Noche for 8 nights with several other family members. We stayed in the "Madam's Suite". It is a quaint apartment with one bedroom and a separate living room/dining area and kitchenette. Barbara Poole, the owner, has decorated the suite with lovely artwork and colorful, comfortable furnishings. One can feel right at home... More

The B&B is beautifully decorated, making one feel like in a museum. The breakfast area and the outdoors gardens are excellently maintained and peaceful, with an abundance of flowering vegetation and water fountains that attract birds. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is attentive and very courteous. They assisted us with trip... More

Located just outside the historic district this B&B is a gem. As with all B&B's breakfast is included. Each day starts with fruit and then a deliciaous local specialty. Coffee (American style, sadly not Mexican) and juice is included. A very comfortable room with a good heater (yes, in Mexico we needed it). Truly a wonderful setting composed of a... More

We had a wonderful experience at la Casa de la Noche. The room was impeccably clean, the bed comfortable, and the pubic areas were both plentiful (courtyard with gardens and a fountain; two living rooms with books and art on the walls). Breakfast was very generous: omelets, breakfast enchiladas, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee and tea... there was no need to... More

From the minute you walk into the Casa de la Noche you are struck by the warm, inviting feel. The public areas are very cozy and comfortable. The reception staff speak English and helped us plan our day trips. I took another fantastic yoga class offered on the hotel grounds, and my husband was able to arrange a private cooking... More

It is an enchanting place, full of secrets, handicrafts, sculptures, fountains, pictures, etc. etc located in the most unusual places. The decoration is unique and preserved the colonial style of the original house. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We felt very comfortable The only problem was that it was quite walk from the center of the town and... More

We were at CdlN 4 nights, and were very happy with our room - it was small, but had a queen size bed, the staff was accommodating and many spoke English, the owner was very pleasant to talk to, the courtyards were charming and full of that Mexican flair. The breakfast w as very good, staff was willing to go... More

We had a girls week. Hosted by my mother I enjoyed the company of my sisters in law and my sisters in blood. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast gatherings, where we would plan our days. The beds were comfortable, the staff was superb. The town was very interesting.

We selected Casa de la Noche based on strong TA reviews and were not disappointed. The common areas are gorgeous, breakfast excellent and great service from the staff. We were upgraded to the "First Kiss" room on the second floor and were lucky that, since the hotel was nearly empty, we were able to use the adjoining sitting area with... More
