I'm writing in regard to the food here, as i did not stay at this hotel. All the meals we had here were fantastic. I highly recommend the Chipotle Fish nothing short of fantastic, so good I had it twice.

El Alquemista is also good but Posada Mexico is much cheaper and actually has a much better view of the sunset. Both the pasta and pizza were excellent, especially the ravioli bolognesa. They don't serve food until 6:30 but we enjoyed sitting out front having a beer and watching the sunset.

Probably the best place for decent food in Zipolite. Certainly the best pizza, but also a delicious carpaccio of dorade. Very clean, the food is served at its natural best without being doused in the multiple sauces the Mexicans employ to hide the real taste. Very good fruity house wine, well selected. Recommended.

Stayed in the upper room facing the beach, that was very comfortable, with a good bed and also a good bathroom. Large balcony right over the beach, with chairs and hammocks. It was quiet, even with the restaurant close by. The restaurant is very good, and also nice to hung out, with cocktails and snacks all day. Good location, with...

A lovely hotel with a variety of accomodations located right on the beach and the Adoquin. The hotel and restaurant offer spectacular views of the beach and ocean. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All rooms have mosquito nets on the beds and most have ceiling fans. You listen to the waves crashing as you fall asleep at night. The...

Excellent food, great prices, lovely atmosphere, great place in Zipolite. Great meals at very reasonable prices, simply saying I love to eat there and would recommend anybody comming to Zipolite going to this little jewel of a restaurant.

We went to this Italian restaurant one evening. The food was great but my friend's food was served about 15 minutes after my food. I complained to Alexander, the owner, and he was very apologetic. In fact he picked up the bill for both dinners. I got to be friends with Alexander because of that, and we returned to eat...

In a nut shell: cosy place to stay, daily room service, good food reasonably priced, incredible nice staff. The last night of our stay (had to get up very early in the morning) they even offered us a second room more in the back of the location, as the club accross the street had an event going on, which was...

Posada Mexico is located right on the beach and on the main street of Zipolite, and has a great restaurant which is a destination in its own right. The rooms are basic but charming and comfortable - hard bed (which I like!), decent mosquito net (which is necessary since rooms are not screened), charming little bathroom with strong shower (cold...
