I don't believe most Americans visit the regions of Le Marche and Emilia Romagna. If you want a truly different Italian experience come to this area and stay in B&Bs like La Grande Agave. Tina and Guido are terrific hosts who will guide you through the real Italian experience. The B&B is a farmhouse in the rolling hills surrounded by...

We've just enjoyed the most fantastic week at La Grande Agave, a large and beautiful old stone house with the loveliest garden overlooking the gently sloping hills of the Marche region. Owners, Tina and artistic husband Guido, were delightful hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast and late in the evening just before going to bed after...

Excellent bed and breakfast, a beautiful setting with a calm garden and view over the hills. The hosts are extremely nice, breakfast and hospitality are absolute top. An unforgettable four nights stay, good surroundings for hiking/running/biking in the national park, several good restaurants within walking distance (2-4 km) and fantastic beaches.

We enjoyed staying at Grande Agave and hiking to the sea, using local, marked, hiking trails. The food was outstanding, and our hosts just lovely. The rooms were quiet and clean, and couldn't imagine a lovelier way to spend breakfast than in their garden.

Forget all clichés about hospitality. Staying in La Grande Agave is an experience you will never forget. Lovely Tina and Guido have the perfect touch for making you feel at home, in a perfect balance between care and privacy. We stayed there for 8 nights and were astonished by Tina's daily home made cakes, as a part of the delicious...

Tina and Guido's B & B was a wonderful relaxing stop on my trip. They are wonderful and warm hosts and their house has great energy. The rooms are extremely clean and neat. Breakfast is an enormous feast of local goodies in addition to fresh coffee made in a Bialetti Moka pot. The views of the beautiful Marches landscape can...

We spent in "Le grande agave" 10 very nice days and we recommend it. Home made delicious breakfast served in the garden. a lot of interesting places nearby (Gradara, San Leo, Verucchio, Ravenna). Very nice atmosphere created by Tina and Guido who are also very helpful. Although house is located close to the road it was quiet in the night.

Tina and Guido are the ultimate welcoming hosts. 40 years of imaginative artwork adorns the walls - upstairs and downstairs ,wherever one turns, bicycles wheeling off the canvases(this mode of transport being his favorite subject or "curse" as he would put it). And then Tina's breakfasts...sumptuous feasts for the eye and appetite, all homemade...pastries, tortes and delicious foccacias and pizzas...what...

Due to a cascade of accidents, we arrived in Pesaro railroad station without a cell phone, and with a description "the last bus stop before the village of __". Guido and Toni sent their son, Max, to pick us up and the bus driver told him we had gotten off a couple of stops early. (Apparently everyone else comes by...

This place is almost perfect! The ancient and wisely renovated house is the ideal backdrop for a romantic courtyard and lawn where abundant breakfast is graciously served with fresh fruit just picked from the surrounding orchard, and cakes freshly baked every day by the housewife. The hosts are so congenial and amiable. The owner is an accomplished painter, and his...
