It's hard to pick a hotel out of the many that offer this kind of accommodation in Ubud. They look quite similar, usually offering a cozy room with a forest view and an infinity pool, but what I liked about Sandat in particular was how it blends with the surroundings. Firstly it's a tent. It's a luxury tent, so the comfort is as good as it gets. And the advantage is that the room is basically open to the outside, so your just separated of the nature only by nets (it's possible to close the "windows" but we liked to keep it open the whole time, even at night. Then you have the private pool. The outside area with the quite large pool and loungers is just amazing. And you can't actually see other people or the hotel areas, so the sense of relaxation is unique. The outside shower was a great plus. The room is also really cozy and nicely decorated, and they offer a huge daily basket of fruits. Only the shower curtains you need to get used to, but it's also not bad. Good AC but we mostly used just the fan. Breakfast is amazing: they offer a small buffet with delicious bread, cakes and fruits, you can order your eggs, and on the table they put handmade jams. The service was also great and they offer a shuttle bus to the center any time you need. In general it was an amazing experience worth trying.

Amazing tent with sanctuary vibes. Beautiful decor, unique, clean and comfy room. Tent with private pool and ricefields view. Beautifull and surrounded with green territory. Staff so friendly and helpfull. Amazing breakfast. No telephone in the room but they use the bells to call the staff that’s really unique way.

Found this hidden gem from internet, and yep it is really worth a visit! Stayed here for 3 nights and it was all amazing! To be honest i was kinda curious at first and sceptical, once landed jn Bali, the representative was super nice and polite, he made sure our trip from the airport to the resort wasn’t boring at all. Once we’ve arrived, the receptionist also amazingly polite and superb! And yeah, all felt magical. I feel like i was in another world. A sweet escape from a busy city life, super green environment, fresh air, and the smell of rice fields and rain. Definitely worth and definitely recommended. We will be back for sure! Thank you Sandat Glamping Tent team, thank you Mr. Tango as the GM to always ensure everything are top notch! Hope to see you guys again soon! Much Love ❤️ DS & HY

We stayed at Sandat in August 2019 for 5 days and we absolutely loved it. Staff was very attentive and helpfull , food was amazing ( lots of Italian dishes ) and we felt really spoilt. The Italian owners organize one evening a sounds healing by the yoga place and it was a mind blowing experience. Thank you for the amazing memories and we look forward to be back one day soon.

Sandat is a beautiful resort in the middle of the nature! The interior is stunning! Because sandat is in the middle of ricefields and jungle, you can relax in peace. The food is very good, would recommand the banana flambee for dessert. Most friendly staff you’ll ever meet! Would definately recommend this place😃

I recently stayed at the Sandat Glamping Tents and had such an amazing time. It's a MUST DO if you are in Bali. It's more of a luxurious tent fully furnished with AC, you get your own private pool, a shower, there's a restaurant, bar, spa service, and even a shuttle into town. It was such a unique getaway in the jungle and was one of the highlights of my whole trip. The details of this place was phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and the food was very good as well. If you want a relaxing, unique, one of kind experience, just book this place. You won't regret it.

We just spent three days at Sandat Glamping Tents and came back in love with this place. The resort is made up of eight luxury tents, each with their own private pools, ten minutes drive from the centre of Ubud. It would be hard to find a more romantic hotel, affording ultimate privacy and serenity, in Bali. The tents are divine, the grounds superbly kept, the staff super friendly and the food (a mix of Italian and Balinese) is excellent. If you add a wonderful yoga teacher and delightful massages on your private tent terrace, you come up with the perfect retreat in Ubud. We can only give the highest ratings across the board to Sandat Glamping. Well done Federico and the team!
