I agree with other reviewers that the hotel doesn't quite look like the photos. The photos make it look super modern and new, but when you arrive, you can see it is aging a bit. That being said, it was clean and we didn't really have any issues with it, but we were only staying 1 night. The restaurant and servers were very friendly and the food we had at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a standard Italian buffet (nothing mind-blowing, but not bad either). We booked a specific room on booking and then received messages that that room wasn't available and we had to pay 20euros more for another room. Since we were driving, we didn't see the message but found out at check in. I found it quite strange that instead of just giving us an upgrade, they insisted on charging us the 20euros.…

Perfect start of our roadtrip in Italiy. Very friendly staf and very good and much variety of breakfast. From the hotel you can go visit Bolzano en Merano you must visit these cities. Diner tip, make a reservation at Patauner, very tasty Italiaan food.

Everything was perfect. The place is amazing! Staff very kind. The room is actually an full apartment with sofa, dishwasher, lot of cabinets, and a very good bathroom. There was also a good parking lot and a complete breakfast.

clean rooms, spacious, well maintained. The restaurant seams not to be too good, which is okay, there are some other options in the nearby village. the only bit big problem is the parking. their own underground parking is too small to access with a big large car like mine. i had to let it park outside where many times no space available.

A little bit out of the way, so don't stay here unless you have a car. You will need to drive to get anywhere. Very helpful reception and very good rooms. Large and comfortable, sufficient storage. Good parking underground. Didn't use the spa as it was mixed nudity. Surrounded by apple orchards, but the farmer was spraying insecticide so we avoided that time to be outside. Breakfast was excellent, but we were unable to order soft-boiled eggs. They seemed to not understand what "soft boiled" was, and we ended up with soft fried. Hardly an issue. Nevertheless, everything else was good and plentiful.
