It was the WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! They say its a hotel, which is a lie, they said that they have cleaning service and it is not true, they change towels and throw the trash only one day if your stay is longer than 4 days , they do not clean anything else, WE NEVER HAD HOT WATER AND IT WAS SNOWING!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS????? WE HAD TO MICROWAVE THE WATER SO WE COULD SHOWER!!! THIS HAPPENED 3 DAYS IN A ROW! The service is awful, they never helped us with the matter of the water. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think Falcon Point is one of the best accommodations that we have experienced in the past 15 years as timeshare owners! River, Adallie and Lee were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Complex had a fabulous Indoor-outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs also ping pong, pool table, foosball, big tv and planned activities/ Underground parking, 2-minute walk to town/ski/regional busses. 1 bedroom is spacious with new king bed, large remodeled kitchen that was fully stocked with dinnerware for 12 not just 4 of everything like most. Even baking, cooking and many cooking utensils and knife block. Condo also had a large balcony with nice furniture. ! A lovely park and lake borders property for sledding in the winter, a playground and fishing available in the summer. Many nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy off and on I70 but far away so no highway noise.

Location is great, the building is old and tired. Oven needs to be replaced, timer doesn’t work, knobs on some light fixtures are missing, light switches missing knobs, screen door latch broken, kitchen needs to be gutted, in fact the whole unit needs to be replaced. Bathrooms have NO counter space, ceiling fans missing missing chains to change direction. Decor is from the 70’s, dark and dingy interior. The pool area has two hot tubs, only one works, laundry, two washers are not operational. The whole building needs to be upgraded. Old and tired.

We got to stay at Falcon Point for our family summer vacation for a week. Avon is breathtaking and the location could not be any better! We loved that the condo sits directly on Nottingham Lake which has an amazing playground and outdoor fitness center. The staff was top notch, so helpful and friendly! The condo itself was ok. It was clean and spacious but had a multitude of issues. In general the property is outdated and needs lots of fixes. It was quite a pain dealing with a broken fan, leaking sink, and other broken things. Overall it was good, it would be a million times better with some facelifts.

Falcon Point is our favorite destination for late summer/fall hiking and to ski Beaver Creek during the winter. This year my husband and I booked a trip for some great skiing AND to celebrate our anniversary. This review is as much about the staff as it is about the resort. I was greeted by two super-friendly (and efficient) women- Danielle and River. They are truly a joy to be around. I shared that we were there to celebrate 27 yrs. After completing the routine check-in tasks, we chatted a bit about life and finding love. These two were so enthusiastic and sweet - people you'd want as friends. And speaking of sweet, the next day River brought us a gift of maple chocolate with a note. I later found out she makes it for her small business called SPIRIT chocolate. It was amazing. Falcon point has a great location on Nottingham lake in Avon with frequent, reliable free bus service up the hill to the slopes. Many rooms have wonderful views of Nottingham Lake and the mountains beyond. King bed has great pillows and really good mattress, which is important to us. Well-equipped small kitchen, full size fridge, range, and microwave. Billiards, foos ball, ping pong, gym, and sauna in the resort lodge. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool with a fun passage to a small indoor section. Two large outdoor hot tubs. Within walking distance there are lots of restaurant options ranging from fine dining to kid-friendly casual. (We love Vin48 (upscale), Ticino (mid-range) and Bob's (casual and fun). We also love a few restaurants in Edwards - E-town, Main St Grill, and best fine dining - Juniper.

My wife and I just spent 2 weeks at Falcon Point. The unit we stayed in was very adequate and comfortable. I had a heart event during my stay, the staff including the General Manager showed personal concern and care. I ended up leaving a pair of shoes in our unit, housekeeping found them, GM called and immediately sent to our home. You are the best Falcon Point!

We had a two bed/two bath with a full kitchen. Our view was great, the room was very spacious and the amenities were fun! We used the pool/hot tub(s) (A LOT), the game room(s) especially billiards and ping pong. We found the location super central and fantastic. We cooked most nights, and enjoyed the great proximity to hiking, rafting, and even some shopping. We did quite enjoy "Rocky Mountain Taco" - a fantastic little taco truck in Avon. We had a fantastic trip - and will stay here again!

We just spent a week at Falcon point. We didn’t see a lot of reviews so we arrived not expecting very much. Wow! What a nice surprise! The 1 BR full kitchen unit was clean, updated, well furnished, stocked, and very comfortable for our family of 4. Our teenage boys said the sofa bed was one of the nicest ones they’ve slept on. The fast internet was a big hit! The location is excellent. And if you’re wanting to try other ski resorts, Copper is an easy 30 min drive and Arapahoe is 1 hr away. There are tons of awesome restaurants around, and Walmart super center is 10 min away for stocking up on water and beer. We will definitely come back here for future ski trips!

Falcon Point Poor front desk service. The cavities are a little dated, but that is ok. What is not ok is when you have a simple card key issue and the manager and the front desk clerk don’t believe you and make you go back to your room to retry the key. When it doesn’t work and you politely ask for another key, they keep explaining it on dead batteries or a deadbolt, both of which I knew were not issues because my wife had just used her card key and it worked. I was finally given another card key. What do you know. It worked flawlessly. They even sent a mail guy to check the lock. Crazy. If they would simply had trusted me and very simply given me a replacement key when I first requested it, all would have been great. A very simple issue should not become complicated.

The property is very attractive and located very centrally to outstanding restaurants/ activities. We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom one bathroom unit on the 4th floor with an amazing view of mountains and a lake/ walking trail. We had a wood burning fireplace, small dining area and full kitchen. The whole ambience was very “ ski lodge” which was a perfect match to the environment. The best part of Falcon Point is the outstanding staff, managed by the extraordinary Jill Scott. Their customer focus and professional attitudes were constant. They were always ready with honest recommendations for activities and restaurants and assisted guests beyond their job description. It is clear that management is very hands on and responsive. I would return and would recommend it without reservation.
