We have created a small hotel and Beach front house in harmony with nature. Pristine white sandy beach and the calm crystal-clear waters invite to stress free beach days, water activities and romantic walks along More the shore line. Cool off with a coconut picked from one of our innumerable palm trees, take up diving or kite surfing, or just be, and let all your worries disappear while you relax in the shade of an umbrella and palms. One of the best preserved Mayan ruin is just around the corner from El Paraiso Hotel. The Sian Kaan Biosphere, cenotes and caves hidden deep within the jungle, as well as national parks can all be found within short distance from our hotel. Add to this the second largest Reef in the world just off shore and the abundant marine life of the Caribbean, which has made Tulum and important and extraordinary location for all types of water sports. El Paraiso Hotel is a place to relax and disconnect. Less

I stayed there with my family and loved the place! We had two rooms which we found very comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We had lunch pretty much every day at our sunloungers.
Breakfast was a buffet and eat from the tables right by the rooms.
It’s a small hotel wit

We spent several hours at El Paraiso and spent over 70 USD. When we realized that one of our bikes had a flat tire, they refused to lend us the pump they had available, despite having been customers all day. Meanwhile, several other places on the beach offered their help, free of

Very nice and clean hotel with excellent position and in an extraordinary setting.
Only real negative point: the service on the beach. As guest of the hotel you have free access to the beach facilities – but if you are looking for a quiet spot in the shade of a palm tree to relax

We have been disappointed by this stay as we had the worst room with the generator located 10 away and wrooming 24/7. Also the breakfast choice was quite limited despite paying quote some money for the stay.Last we had the terrible sargasse algae that prevented us to swim for the

Hi, are we going to hear the generator at night if we have the second or third room closest to the ocean? I've heard people in the room closest to the ocean complain but not from any other room so had to ask. thanks! Lynn
Dear friend. The only room that is near the generator is Paraiso Room. Anyway it is not so noisy since we have a silencer! Hope to see you soon!!

What is the smoking policy on the hotel grounds? Thanks!
Se puede fumar en el establecimiento; es más en la entrada que corresponde a tu habitación tenes mesa y sillas para llevarte tu propio desayuno y un cenicero, para usar al fumar; donde no podes fumar es en la habitación. .

Is there a lot of seagrass at the hotel beach or do they remove it in the morning? Is it still possible to swim?
Hi Sven! We clean DIALY the beach when seaweed arrives. There are worst days for sure but also beautiful ones.

"All rooms are the same, very good beds a little tight but is fine for the time spend in the room."
"I had booked a double "superior" - besides the price I didn't notice any difference between the standard and the superior!"
"Spend the extra $40-$50/night for the suites. They are so much nicer than the regular rooms and soon they will all be renovated."
"Rooms air conditioned and comfortable beds. Everything taken care of perfectly. All service was excellent. "
"Get one of the regular motel type rooms closer to the beach. The farther away from the reception area, the better."
