I love this spot; breakfast, lunch or dinner - it’s amazing. David and the entire staff at the Real Coconut are super attentive, the vibe is chill and whole ambiance is lovely. The food is great (try their green smoothies) and cocktails are equally fabulous. The rooms are also pretty nice - we stayed in a suite which was absolutely huge. In all, its really worth a visit.

Sanara is a dream. The perfect place in Tulum to grab wholesome, clean, nutritiously-dense deliciousness for any time of day, including incredible coconut milkshakes and healthy elixirs. After lunch, we spent the day in their beach lounge - quiet, calm, and soulfully nourishing. Thank you, David, for being an amazing host/server! We will be back! I also attended an incredible yoga class here in Feb 2019 - the view of the ocean from the studio is breathtaking.

I came here for my bachelorette party and we LOVED the Sanara! We loved everyone that worked here and they truly made my weekend incredible. Amazing service, delicious food (the Real Coconut restaurant was INCREDIBLE). The staff went above and beyond to make my weekend special and I am so thankful for that! The rooms are also beautiful, and the hotel is walking distance to all the fun restaurants. I will definitely be coming back soon and I'm missing this beautiful place already!

Spectacular property, fantastic food and great staff. But unbelievably loud at night due to the nightlife next door. Might as well be in the middle of Cancun. Hard to reconcile the actual noise late at night with the peaceful stay that’s marketed.

My husband and I chose Sanara because we thought it was so beautiful when we visited Tulum in 2019. Our room was beachside with the outdoor tub and hammock. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to wake up every morning. The beach beds were reserved for us and very comfortable and private. The hotel looks and feels just like it does on the website, so there are no surprises. The only thing we would warn travelers about are the extra charges and the fact that guests do not get anything “extra” for staying at Sanara. Food, drinks, yoga, spa.....all the same price as someone walking in off the street. They also present you with a bill at the end on the trip for an extra (in our case) $400 for the staff. It’s optional, but the bill is given to you as you leave by the staff. It was a little uncomfortable.
