Stayed here in March 2020 for a one night stop over, checkin was lousy and they made us wait till after 3pm as the room was not ready. They were doing some renovations to the room (in the hindsight we should have been alarmed then). The room was close to the restaurant and the whole evening and night we could smell the greasy oil from the restaurant. When asked for something to be done they just offered us some candles and after second attempt blatantly lied that this kind of complaint was first time. I wonder if other people just didn’t bother to complain, but here are some pictures. The kitchen exhaust terminates in the kitchen and the fumes are spread all offer the hotel. The wind just delivers this horrible smell to the windows. Beware of this. If you have to stay at the property NEVER stay at the beach side rooms which include the junior suites or whatever they call them now. Staff will eventually will not offer you help and tell you to contact booking.com or Expedia. Very poor example of Mexican hospitality. AVOID!!!

A super place to stay at the end of a busy tour of the Yucatan peninsula. We had a 'garden room' which was very pleasant and only a very short wlak from the superb beach. The hotel and its grounds arfe small but beautifully looked after and the staff are great, especially those on reception. The breakfasts were also excellent - other food was fairly standard and OK, but nothing to write home about.

So many places along the Tulum coast charge for beach access. Granted, we had to but beverages, but this was the perfect location on the gorgeous sand beach and we were “allowed” to use their beach chairs. The staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel is eco-friendly, sweet and simple. The staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! My only suggestion is to offer more than one pitcher of filtered water at a time.

Lovely ocean view room the first night, room further back the second night, both lovely, but fab view from 1st room. Miguel was very helpful, we had to move from sub-standard accommodation nearby (very traumatic!) and he did his best to facilitate us (we had nowhere to stay on new years eve or new years day!!). So we were lucky to find such a nice place.... Lucas was also lovely as were the bar/restaurant staff. Lovely chill place right on the beach, could n't recommend highly enough...
