My husband and I stayed at the Mezzanine for 5 days during our first trip to Tulum, and it was lovely. The staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are well-appointed and even have a record players and albums, and the views are breathtaking. There are only 9 rooms so it feels very intimate, but there are several little... More

My husband and I decided to go to Tulum instead of the highly popular all inclusives in Cancun or Cozumel. And we were so glad we did! The food, accommodations, and hospitality/ service was so much better and not too much more expensive than an all inclusive. We rented a car at the airport and drove down about 1.5 hours.... More

My boyfriend and I visited Tulum for a week in June and stayed at the Mezzanine. I highly recommend it if you want a romantic, clean hotel on the best section of beach in all Tulum without paying an arm and a leg. Pros: $5 margaritas, on the best section of beach in Tulum, comfy beds, tea served to room... More

Visited the Mezzanine Tulum for 3 nights in July. Had a wonderful time. The boutique hotel is beautiful, with stunning views of the beaches in Tulum. There's beach access right from the restaurant/bar area, and the staff are quick to offer to set up lounge chairs on the beach and bring food/refreshments to you as you enjoy one of the... More

To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary we picked the Mezzanine hotel and we were very very happy! The Hotel is beautifully located on the beach. Rooms are spacious and combine elegance and tradition. They are impeccably clean every day. At sunrise a coffee pot with homemade granola bars is delivered at the doorstep of your room. Same service for a... More

I wish we could relocate to Tulum and stay at Mezzanine every single night. This was by far our best lodging experience during our two week long honeymoon. We decided to splurge to celebrate and this was worth every single penny. The rooms (we stayed in two) were amazing, the service was extraordinary, and the food was delicious. I would... More

We were back to Tulum for our third time and each trip comprised of two different hotels. Mezzanine was our second on this trip after the famous BE Tulum. We were much more impressed with Mezzanine than BE. The restaurant was delicious, the staff incredibly nice, and rooms were very spacious and private. I highly recommend upgrading if you can... I stayed at two different hotels in Tulum - this side of Tulum was more romantic and quiet. Great staff - Elena was very helpful with everything. This place has legitimate Thai food. Awesome happy hour - try the thai basil margaritas!!! The sea view room was perfect for 2-3 people. It was clean and bed was comfortable - not... More

I stayed at Mezzanine a week ago and would book to stay there again. Beautiful hotel, small and personal. The staff are great and they are really nice and provide tea and nibbles each morning and afternoon to your room. Right on the beach and great location. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tulum.

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel, it's steps away from the beach and not far from the Tulum Ruins. We stayed at one of the Buddah room which was very nice, next time we would definitely like to upgrade to a sea view room but since it was our first time in Tulum we were out exploring pretty much...
