Janna, the manager of Mango, is top notch. She is a warm and welcoming little dynamo that can offer you many tips and ideas concerning the area. She is very accessible and speaks English, Spanish, and Czech. We booked five nights in the top floor, penthouse suite that is a great little kitchenette with a divided sitting room/bedroom floor plan....

We stayed at Mango Tulum for 2 nights. It is nestled right off the main road in tulum pueblo. Yana (the manager) was extremely kind and informative with activities to do in the area. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The pool is a nice bonus as well. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the beach area....

Great location, and great advice and recommendations from Janna(?) on how to spend our time (snorkeling at Akumal, followed by renting bikes and visiting the cenote then on to Matteos by the beach to watch the sunset). We had a lovely time in Tulum! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Mango! The staff are incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The pool are gardens are beautiful and such a nice spot to relax. It is close to town, a quick cab to the beach, ruins or Cenotes. The nicest place we have stayed on our trip through Mexico yet!

I really liked this hostel and our private room with a king size bed. The pool was perfect for hot days! The only thing is that the becah isn't located on the beach and you have to rent a bicycle to be able to reach it. We went to the cenote and the ruins in bicycle and it was so...

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room but smelly. Really bad road road out front full of potholes and puddles. no t.v. I liked the coffee and fruit in the lobby. It was alright for our 2 night stay but i wouldn't go back.

Hello Thank you very much for your review. We do appreciate any feedback we can get from our guests. I’m sorry your experience only garnered a 2 stars, the lowest in our three year operation, so I’ll try address your concerns one by one. I have spoken to the reception staff and also the housekeeping about an odour that you...

Skvělý poměr cena výkon, klidný, čistý, úžasná česká manažerka, skvělé služby. Milé domácí prostředí, hezká zahrádka s bazénkem na večerní posezení, do živého centra s hospůdkami pár minut pěšky .... moc doporučuji. The best quality-price ratio, quiet, clean, excelent services. Few minutes by foot to the centrum of town, you can rent a bike nearby .... Strongly recommend!

This hotel was really good, and really cheap compared to what you get! The room was comfy and very clean, location was great (just a short taxi ride to the beach, 5 mins walk downtown, and right next to the road where you can take a collectivo towards Playa del Carmen). There's a nice garden with a hammock and a...

I have stayed at Mango 3 times over 3 years - once as a solo traveller staying in the shared rooms, once with a group of friends and once as a couple in the private rooms. I have loved it more and more each time!! It's such a well maintained little sanctuary in Tulum. Location is perfect - it's a...
