We were given the suggestion to visit from their sister hotel, which made a reso for us to enjoy their beach and services, our first day there Rafael took care of us and he was the best. The 2nd time we came back and Reyes served us and hit us with a minimum $85usd/person expensive. That approach seem shady and we felt it ruined the experience we had especially when we had been there before and there was no mention of any minimum. Be weary of that. The two days we were there was like night and day when it comes to our experience there. Such a shame we were treated like that.

Great place. The most amazing time I had in Tulum. Armando and Rafael our server brought us back back to back days. He made our experience unforgettable. Te best service in The riviera. This place made me feel welcome from the beginning till the end. I’m coming back. Soon. And sending my family and friends. There. You’ll see us soon.

Incredible trip again! We came to Ahau for the first time in October of 2022. We loved it so much we booked again on the first trip to come back. You get a past guest discount if you come back. We just finished our February 2023 trip and it was absolutely incredible! We love Ahau so very much, and all the staff that works there Tanet at the front desk is amazing and so very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff is amazing. Berna and Benjamin are awesome! We booked a massage this time and it was absolutely incredible! Julieta was our massage therapist and she is hands down the best EVER! Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay, it is a very conveniently located hotel, and the staff are amazing. The food at the restaurant is OK, but the smoothie bar on the beach is a must have! The rooms do not have blackout curtains, so the rooms are always bright in the morning. You may want to bring a mask. The staff are amazing, especially the check-in girls. We were able to walk everywhere at the beach from the location. The showers are nice, and the amenities are clean. Overall, we would definitely return to this hotel!

Me and my 3 friends had such a lovely time here. The beach is beautiful and the service was A+. Also amazing food and very central to many different restaurants and clubs. We were here for a bachelorette party 🎉

We had an exceptional time at Ahau, the huts were exotic yet comfortable. Beach access was a “stones throw away”. Restaurant was delicious and had plenty of vegetarian options. Guacamole was “to die for”. Staff was wonderful. Especially Eli as the receptionist. She was a delight from the start and personalized the experience with a caring and family-like charisma. I tend to repeat visits to places that make you feel more like a home and less like a resort. And she did that. The cats and dogs roaming the property was an additional treat that we truly appreciated being away from your animals. Thanks Ahau for the tremendous stay, it was fly. Be back soon.

I’ve been to tulum 4 times and Ahau is the only place I will ever stay if I’m staying on the beach in tulum!! You don’t even need to leave the premises! The vibe is perfect, food is amazing, prices aren’t too bad compared to the other locations, dog friendly, AMAZING STAFF!!! The location is directly centered by all the other restaurants and beach clubs/ nightclubs. The premises is like out of a tropical movie and the rooms are like treehouses bungalows only steps away from the beach!

This place is amazing . Just spent my 30th here and Tanet was just so accommodating and made things super easy for us at check in and also for check out . We never had to think about carrying our bags or stressing about transportation . I loved this place . Also you are going to want to leave and try other restaurants and I can tell you to not waste your time . This place has the best food ! Just get here and don’t leave ! Also ask for Omar on the beach ! Amazing server

We had a lovely stay! The property is stunning and the rooms are very unique. We spent 3 nights and feel rejuvenated to return home. There are different spiritual events you can participate in that are really well-done. Would definitely recommend!
