Tom, We had a great time and your place there is wonderful. I have been telling all my friends and business associates about our stay there. Incredibly unique and close to everything. Cenotes were dreamy and the beaches weren’t crowded at all. We plan on a return trip. Thanks for the hospitality!

Tom is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. He has a ton of knowledge about Tulum, whether it be about the best places to eat, go diving, the best ATM to use, etc. The room is cleaned daily, there is a communal kitchen to use, very sweet and accommodating staff, and amazing local coffee (not Nescafé! and as an avid traveler, that was quite the perk). It’s about a 20 minute drive to the city center and you can access the beach from a walkway across the street. The breakfast restaurant in the front is also lovely. Lastly, the WiFi is exceptional. It rained and stormed quite a bit during my visit and I always had access to a strong WiFi connection, which is important since I work from my computer. Was a great value overall, I would definitely recommend.

Tom as a host was amazing, and the place was marvelous. The location of the place has so many benefits, such as great restaurants, places to go out and beach access. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend others to do so. Thanks Tom.

The hotel is really beautiful, has a great location, and the owners and staff were very kind to us throughout our stay. I'm definitely planning on staying in this hotel again whenever I can visit Tulum again.
