Tashi Delek is a Tibetan Greeting, which translates, " May infinite blessings be on your path " Delek is a project born out of love, rooted in congruence. We invite you to live this experience, to be a part of it; not a spectator. Our goal is to plant seeds of consciousness, allowing oneself to be guided by the complete harmony that surrounds you. With this as our challenge, we’ve made our priority to respect nature. We are aware of the challenges that face Tulum and the difficulty of creating true sustainability. It is with this in my mind that we work taking care of all the details from the materials of our construction to the ingredients of the food we prepare. The future of Tulum, like so many other places, depends entirely on us as a society, as a humanity, to be able to work hand in hand to make a difference. If you know, teach us, If you don’t know-we teach you, If you can help, help us, If you can’t, we help you. Wanting to change the planet with one act of love at a time.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed at Delek for 5 nights and it was truly one of the greatest hotels we've ever experienced. From the details and pristine beauty of the rooms and property to the excellent, 5 star service from the reception office to the restaurant/bar and beach staff we felt as if every one our needs was taken care of. We stayed in room 16 which is an upper level junior room with an ocean view. Delek is located in an ideal location within 5-6 minutes walking of some of the best restaurants including Hartwood (must try), Rosa Negra and Casa Jaguar.
The beach setup is next level luxury on par with some of the best beach clubs ever visited. Although it is open to the public, we did not feel as if it was ever too crowded at times and the staff does an excellent job at making sure all hotel guests have priority access to the daybeds.
One thing I would recommend as an improvement point is that on our arrival the air conditioning in our room had a leak. Although we were able to get into our room around 3:30 to change for the beach, there were staff and other workers in our room until about 6:30PM fixing the issue. With this, we would've expected either a late-checkout offer (our flight was 6:30PM the day of checkout) or another gesture to make up for this. All in all, this was not a major hindrance on our stay, rather something to just make note of for future stays here.
Shout out to Yordan and Rodrigo - will always remember the amazing service that was provided to us!

Even before we arrived at the hotel we knew the service would be second to none, due to COVID we had to make some very last minute changes to our reservation, Hector (Hotel reservation contact) understood our situation and removed all stress and came back with solutions allowing us to continue with our holiday.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Christian who was very calming and had vast knowledge of the area, he walked us through the hotel area and gave recommendations to local restaurants which were also perfect. We were greeted at the hotel beach bar with a cocktail and a reserved bed (nice touch) and introduced to the beach bar Manager, a very enthusiastic character and had the bar and beach team working like clockwork.
We stayed in the Ocean front beach Master room and the Junior Suite, both were authentic rooms and you feel part of the local culture, you can tell there has been a lot of attention made on the decor.
We ate at the restaurant at the hotel a few evenings of our stay and even though there was live music/entertainment and it was busy with non hotel guests the staff always made sure that we were given a table and service was kept as expected. I would like to thank Anna, Beach Manager (apologies who's name has slipped my mind) and Manwell who made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Delek is perfect for anyone who wants to forget about their normal day to day life and be taken to a calm, relaxing environment in a perfectly situated spot on the beach near some terrific restaurants and bars (ask Christian for his recommendations).
Thank you Delek team, we hope to see you next time we visit Tulum.

Birthday celebration for wife, Paola and they treated us like royalty! Daniel our server all weekend, Christian at the reception desk, The massage guy and his wife, Alejandro the manager and Ana the owner were all extremely friendly, welcoming and made us feel like family. You can't beat the location right in the middle of all the action. within a 10 min walk as you go right or left you can visit all of the hot spots for dinner and drinks. Super convenient location with the friendliest staff ever. We stayed in bungalow #2 and the room was outstanding. If you need ANYTHING, they will go out of their way to make it happen for you. I highly recommend this hotel!!!! A+++++++ If they had 10 stars i would still ask for 12!!

This stunning hotel was the main reason we loved our trip so much, we never wanted to leave. Let me start my saying that everyone that works at Delek treats you like family, they are so attentive and caring. The showers are to die for, I probably took 4 showers a day because the bathroom was so beautiful. The beach is cleaned from seaweed every morning ( a lot of hotels don’t and Tulum gets a lot of seaweed) so you get a beautiful beach view everyday. Every morning they bring you complimentary tea or coffee with a sweet bread, they don’t use plastic at the hotel & they let you use a water flask and have clean drinking water in your room during your stay! There’s nothing bad or subpar I can say about my experience at Tulum. Very clean, beautiful hotel, delicious food for great prices compared to everything else on the strip. I will be a loyal customer and forever return back to our Tulum home, Delek!

After spending a week with our wedding guests at a resort down the road, Delek Tulum hosted us for the Honeymoon portion of our trip to Tulum. With friendly staff, outstanding food & cocktails, and a clean, relaxing beachfront, it hit the mark with what we were looking for. The only negative wasn't any fault of Delek's, but since there are several late-night clubs in the area, it would be wise to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and are bothered by the sound of bass while you sleep. Honestly, the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep without earplugs most of the time. The walls are a little thin between neighboring rooms and we had some noisy late-night neighbors one night, but the hotel staff addressed our concerns the next day and it was never a problem after that. Overall, the positives far outweighed any minor inconveniences. Martin (works at their Tatewari Restaurant and also serves beachside) is a very pleasant and personable addition to their staff; we always loved interacting with him and hearing his recommendations. We spoke with Cristian at the front desk on numerous occasions for anything and everything, and he was always a pleasure to work with as well. I wish I could remember the names of our server at Tatewari (a woman who always wore a black baseball cap) and the name of the Manager at the front desk, but they were also very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. Noise from the surrounding area is inevitable wherever you stay along the Tulum beach strip, so again, I don't feel it was any fault of Delek Tulum, but overall they helped us have an amazing and memorable Honeymoon week. We would not hesitate to go back again in the future!

+1
We have stayed at Delek for 7 nights in March 2020. It is honestly one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. I was really surprised that it was much cheaper than similar hotels nearby.
The suites were sooo nice! Everything is done with locally sourced materials and the design is just amazing. They provide water in the room and also a fancy waterbottle to use in your day trips, as well as a speaker to put some music on (nice touch!). The lighting is not very powerful but it fits the design.
Also, the concierge was so nice to help me with providing a surprise cake in the morning for my bf birthday.
They do not include breakfast but bring you some coffee and biscuits in the morning. The coffee is pretty awful (typical american-style coffee, tastes like water with some “coffee flavour” in it), but we appreciated the gesture.

It was the first place we stayed in post-quarantine and what an incredible place.
It was easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in, with such a unique look both exteriors and interiors. Bathrooms that will blow you mind and a beach that besides the seaweed was so well maintained and a beautiful place to lay in the breeze.
Its a hotel that ticks all boxes in regards to trying to save the planet, from using natural cleaning products, no plastic, natural handmade products & promoting fair commerce by working with indigenous communities around Mexico.
The hotel staff in every single area of the hotel were always on point with smiles (yes we could tell they were smiling underneath their obligatory masks) and with helping hands and tips if we asked. From the moment you pull up into the property each one of the security guards had such a welcoming presence, more than happy to help with bags and such kind demeners about them, over the two week stay we got to know them well and it was always a great welcome every time we left and came back.
It was a perfect get away combined with work, and with ample places to lounge around with your laptop, the library and the little room by the restaurant, your hammock, your room, the beds on the beach...work never felt like work and everything rolled into one made it hard to CHECK OUT.
Great almond milk capuchinos. (i find it hard to find a good coffee in Tulum so great to mention)
Dont forget to check out sunrise and sunset on the TORRE. wow. what a incredible addition to the hotel. jungle and sea views.

It’s currently 10:27pm in Tulum and my room (#4) sounds like a rave/disco from the a new outdoor bar, Bagatella (I believe). Their music blasting into the rooms here has been going on since 6:30 pm. My walls and floor are vibrating from the bass. I payed over $400+ a night to have an ocean view based off the Delek Tulum hotel selling me a dream of serenity. The GM, Alejandro, responsive has been nearly no responsive and lack luster in showing any true concern.
I went to Delek’s GM and his assistant at 6:30 informing them of how the music was coming through the walls of my room. He offered to move me to a lesser room (no ocean view on the other side of the property) with no compensation for the price I paid for the ocean view room. I refused. He said he would message the bar’s manager. I asked if he could give me a call to follow up on any resolution. I guessed he contacted the manager of the outdoor bar, as the music went down for 30 mins. Once 7pm hit, it got even louder than before. Still no call or response from Delek’s GM. I went back to GM, Alejandro, and assistant and got a lot of excuses from why he took my number and didn’t call (he said once the music went down the initially he felt he didn’t need to talk to me regardless of my request) to how he feels he can’t do anything else not even contact his supervisor/owner.
For over $400 a night in Tulum, I expect at the very least the GM to manage situations to keep the integrity of what the company is selling, even if thats escalating the complaint to your boss so that customer is heard and doesn’t escalate the situation for you. Totally unacceptable when customers are paying premium price for below average managerial service. And it’s now past 11pm and I still can’t rest in my $400+ room because it’s literally a disco I never wanted to be apart of.
I would upload the video if that was an options. If you want to have a dance party whether you want it or not, come to Delek Tulum. If you want to bring your 41st birthday (mine in 45mins) In a serene environment, go elsewhere.

WE stayed here in mid-September after staying two nights at a major American Hotel and this was a breath of fresh air. the hotel exceeded ALL of my expectations and was a very welcome engagement. Rooms were big, the food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. This is only a 3-star property, but wont be for long. Should be a 5-star Tulum property. If you are looking for a place to call home while in Tulum, search no further. This is it.

Due to the new nightclub Bagatelle next door the room physically shook all night and sounded like a nightclub in the room until 3am. Only stay here if you don’t plan on sleeping! Paying >$500 / night for a suite you would expect they to at least refund part of the stay as both my partner and I weren’t able to sleep either night, rather than simply a poorly worded apology that wasn’t coherent or English.
The front desk is inaccessible after hours so my pleas for help all night went unheard.
Asked for almond milk in the morning with our coffee as my girlfriend has a sever dairy allergy but we were served normal milk each morning instead.
