This place is unreal. When I booked, I was a little worried as it was pricey but WOW, it was worth every single penny. I did not realize that we would be greeted by the most incredible staff and that they would make it so that we didn't have to lift a finger all weekend. The house was in perfect condition and the breakfast they provided each day was amazing! They had a full cleaning crew at the house cleaning up our mess in the kitchen and outside before we were even awake, so each morning we woke up to a clean house. Each day they would ask us what time we'd like our rooms cleaned so that they didn't disturb us. The beds were so comfortable and had high quality linens on them! They arranged a chef prepared meal for us one night that was great and hired us the cutest bartender for two of the days we were there. Cyntia made sure the house was always stocked with whatever we needed and that everyone was happy and well taken care of. Leo was the best and even showed up with a bunch of funny bachelorette "props" one day while we were in the pool. Such a hit, I thought for sure one of my friends must've arranged for these items- but it was all Leo! I really can't say one bad thing about this place- it was PERFECT. It is also gated with security so that we always felt safe. We had an issue with a transportation company and instead of making me deal with it, Cyntia and Leo handled everything for us! I highly recommend anyone to stay here that is looking to have the best time. They exceeded all of my expectations and beyond! Can't wait to go back!

Aldea canzul was absolutely amazing… it’s so great that I’ve been twice! The first time was with 18 people and we rented out the entire estate, the second time was with my family of 10 people and rented the main house and 2 bedroom villa- there is literally not a bad room on the whole property! Every room has the littlest details that make it picturesque island vibes from the sinks to the showers and did i mention cleaning service 24/7 including turn down service. The place is immaculate, the team is constantly keeping all places clean throughout your stay. The property is tucked away in the main strip of downtown tulum- you would never know a mansion is behind the gates that has 24 hour security in the front and back beach area of the property. As soon as you exit the gate you are immersed in the best area of all tulum with restaraunts and clubs and shopping/ walking distance to everything. The beach is groomed and maintained everyday. The cherry on top is the service… you cannot beat the service that is provided to you! Clear Communication from your host the moment you book and helps you with everything and anything to make your trip amazing before you get there and during the whole stay. Mao, Cynthia and Leo made every request happen from getting us poker chips, cards, snorkel gear, more alcohol at the drop of a hat. They really feel like family when your there and take care of you. On our last night Leo wanted to use the fruit we purchased and made us amazing watermelon and pineapple margaritas. They just go the extra mile! Cannot say enough amazing things about this property- I will be back a 3rd time and I promise, you will not be disappointed!!

I can't recommend Aldea Canzul highly enough for a stay in Tulum. It's truly a hidden gem. The villas are excellent, each with its own pool, jungle patio, and luxury conveniences. Two of the villas have sublime rooftop sitting areas perfect for catching sunsets. The 24/7 gated security is a comfort. The location could not be better as you're walking distance to nearly all the hot spots - this saves you from having to deal with cabs and traffic, which can be brutal during prime times. To be able to go out for the day and come home by walking along the beach without your shoes on makes you feel like you're in your own private paradise. But above all - the thing that sets Aldea Canzul apart from every other place is the service. We were a large group that has stayed at resorts around the world and I can say the staff here is second to none. They anticipated our every need before I could even think of it (transportation, bringing us food and drinks to the beach, booking covid tests, etc). They also secured us the best tables at the best restaurants and clubs. I can't wait to go back and see my friends at Aldea Canzul again.

As a business owner I am often very opinionated and critical as it pertains to customer service and overall presentation. So for me to compliment the service at any establishment means that they truly went above and beyond my expectations. This was exactly the case at Aldea Canzul! Leo is a rockstar and he and his staff made sure everyone in our party felt safe at all times and made each of us feel like royalty.
So much of what we read about in reviews comes from the pure results of services rendered that no one ever talks about the amount of effort and attention to detail that it takes to create such an amazing environment. The housekeeping and grounds staff kept the entire property immaculate. I’m not sure when they did it all but at least twice a day they recreated our first impression of the house by cleaning and restocking the house to its original state. So before I go any further... cheers to you Leo for not only leading by example but for all that you did to ensure we had an incredible Tulum experience!
The house was breathtaking and there was not a place on the whole compound that you couldn’t have a full on photo shoot at. When you think of paradise this the exact aesthetic that comes to mind. As if it’s beauty was not enough, the location was perfect! We had everything we needed within a few hundred feet! The security at both the front and back of the house where on it and gave us enough space to still feel alone on the property but ensured we stayed that way by diligently monitoring the perimeter.
I would be hard pressed to find another property that is this beautiful and could exceed the bar that Leo and his staff set. Please don’t take my word for it... do yourself a favor and go see the amazing people at Aldea Canzul... I promise you will not be sorry!

I've been on many trips in my life, but the hospitality of the Crew at Aldea Cazul was impeccabile!
They have security that makes you feel very safe, cleaning ladies that literally left your house spotless morning and night, and Cynthia, Mao and Leo that were available LITERALLY 24/7 to help you with anything you needed.
The sweetest, most thoughtful crew and they made this trip x10 better!
The house was something out of the movies and the beds are so comfortable.
Anyone complaining about the noise should stay home! We are in Tulum people! It's normal to hear music play at night! Plus you are right next to some of the hottest spots in Tulum so you should be happy you don't have to walk too far.
Amazing stay, and we will be back next year for sure ❤️

The house was amazing. Opulent, large, exactly as described. Private entry to beach was exactly what we were looking for.
The staff was there to greet us, had breakfast prepared every morning and supplies replenished before and throughout the trip. And so easy to get in touch with. They get a 10/10.
Also, security at both the front and beach entrances 24/7 so you feel very safe.
If you’re having any second thoughts about your options, this one you don’t need to think twice about. House and service were both perfect.

Amidst the fun chaos and incredible location to the top places in tulum it is so awesome to walk into the secure tranquil environment of this beautiful place on the beach . The staff becomes family with any request or desire satisfied to your needs. Could not imagine staying anywhere else . This is truly being home on vacation in a magical place . We couldn’t have asked for more from Aldea Canzul. My friends and I stayed in their largest villa, Casa Chukum, and had an amazing time. You cannot beat the location, especially if you’re looking to be right in the heart of Tulum. This villa provides the privacy and security one may be looking for paired with the ability to step out and be walking distance from the best restaurants and beach clubs. The service we received during our stay was top notch, and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and have everything you need. Not once did we feel unsafe or neglected during our stay. The villa and it’s grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! We are already planning on returning next year. 20/10 experience!

From the moment we arrived we were treated with exceptional warmth and service by Cynthia, Leo and Mau. They are truly beautiful, kindhearted people.
Behind the private, security gates lies the oceanfront property that is absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained. Attention is paid to every detail including the evening candlelight that made everything appear magical.
Pre arrival communication for transportation, villa supplies, securing a chef and bartender as well as covid testing was flawless.
The villas were spacious, beautiful and impeccably clean.
Everyone and everything was spectacular. We will definitely return!

We were a group of 12 spending a long weekend to celebrate a lifetime milestone…
On arrival we were surprised at the car service stopping. There were no signs of any sort announcing that we had arrived at Aldera Canzul (as the trip unfolded, we completely appreciated the security and discretion we were met with). Our driver rang the bell and the gate opened wide to the most beautiful place, the most welcoming staff and the most luxurious spaces I have experienced in recent memory. Cynthia, Leo, and Mau greeted us and made us feel immediately welcomed and valued. We stayed for four days, and that feeling never changed. They always had time to answer questions for us and make arrangements, wonderful humans!
We occupied the main villa and the suite with it’s own roof top pool. The spaces were very well appointed and meticulously maintained. The housekeeping and ground staff set everything straight every morning. They were around but never intrusive and always helpful.
This experience was amazing from start to finish and I cannot wait to come back!!
