We stayed 4 glorious nights at Kai Tulum with our two kids ages 13 and 10. We were in a double suite with partial ocean view and it was so worth the extra $$. We were tucked away in the corner with no one in front of us. Every morning my husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the patio and looked out at the beautiful Aqua blue ocean. It was such a nice touch having coffee delivered to our patio every morning and they even brought our kids a glass of milk! Check in was very easy and they helped us bring our heavy luggage to our bungalow. Every morning there was someone cleaning up the area in front of the rooms; ranking, picking up leaves and clearing any other fallen debris. We enjoyed many meals at the Kai restaurant and beach club. The servers are so attentive and kind! Josue, we are going to miss you!! We don’t drink so sometimes I feel like our servers are a little put off by that but not Josue! Thank you for making us feel so special! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

After more them 40 years in the Travel Business and visiting Hotel and Resorts all over the world Kai Tulum is perfection to the max. From the service, accommodations, all the staff from the Hotel (Cynthia Front Desk) (Hector Lizarraga PR) and everyone at the Restaurant. Of course can not forget the beauty of the beach and excellent ocean front view my room. Thank you for this amazing experience to celebrate my anniversary!

My best friend and I chose Kai as our hotel, and it did not disappoint! The views, the quaintness, and beauty is unparalleled. It’s very north on the beach, so if you’re looking for somewhere quieter with great vibes this is your place! We both fell in love with this place and both definitely cried leaving. Raquel- you are an absolute doll and we were kind of obsessed with you! Angel and Cynthia-thanks for being so sweet and genuinely good people. The restaurant and beach club were awesome as well. Can’t wait to return!

We just spent 7 days at Villa Pescadores right next to Kai, and we found ourselves at Kai at least once a day, we loved it so much. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks, we were always happy and felt so catered too by the staff. They are all so friendly and kind, we felt like they were our friends! The ambience here is magical and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Kai for making our vacation so wonderful, we will miss you!!
