The hotel is located near the big commercial street of Tulum, which is good if you don’t want to be in the hospitality area. It is better to have a car if you choose this hotel though. The lady at the front desk let us choose our room ; we chose the room F that was originally colored and cute, we loved it ! The room was big, clean, and had a lovely terrace. The hotel has 2 very beautiful swimming pools, we enjoyed spending some time there. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Really nice little boutique hotel with modern decor and everything you need for a nice holiday. The staff was very friendly and allowed us a late check out. The breakfast was good, with yoghurt and muesli and bread and butter/marmalade. Coffee was better than in most places we have stayed.

During my stay everything was accommodated. Karen was incredibly helpful and you could tell she loves what she does. My ride transport was accommodated for a great price in comparison to taxis and my bedroom always felt like I was at home. She leads a team that works proficiently, professionally, and diligently. All of these people enjoyed their work environment and it felt like everyone was a family there. Lovely music played daily and the pools, rooms and ambiance were held to high standards. The smells were very fresh and breezy. It was a great experience! They even have complimentary breakfast which always tasted authentic! P.S There is the SWEETEST outdoor kitty who will keep you company.

We stayed here for a week during our honeymoon trip. We paid to have one of the rooms with a balcony for the special occasion. Initially the room appeared nice, but quickly went downhill. The shower would not get warm and had an extremely strong sulfur smell. We needed to rinse off before dinner, so we did anyways. Our entire room and skin smelled bad from the water. We told the hotel staff and they spent over an hour trying to figure it out. They kept saying we could move to another room, but each room they tried to move us to was having the same exact issue. Eventually we had to go to a room downstairs to shower. It was frustrating, but we moved on and went to dinner. When we returned, the power was out on our entire floor. While waiting for them to figure it out, I pulled back the sheets and noticed some little bug looking things. They couldn’t figure out the power, so we had to sleep in the room we showered in. The room was extremely dark, the air conditioning didn’t work, and they had NO KEY. You cannot lock these doors without a key. So we had to sleep with our door open all night, in a hot room that was less than what we paid for, with an extremely uncomfortable bed. Oh. And the sheets had BLOOD stains on them. They gave us new sheets to change ourselves. The next morning the hotel manager, Karen, arrived. She said we would be compensated with free dinner, an excursion of our choice, a new room, AND a refund for our first night. We moved to the new room which was a slight upgrade from the first room. However, the water was still an issue. It would get scalding hot when you first turned it on and then after approximately 15 seconds it would get ice cold. The shower head was also messed up so it sprayed every which way and was hard to rinse your hair/body. We had mentioned we were going to the cenotes and didn’t want to waste the day waiting on maintenance. Apparently she took that as us picking that excursion and gave us tickets to a nearby Cenote. When I asked about the refund she pretended like she didn’t know what I was asking and then changed her story to either free Cenote tickets OR a refund. Okay then I want a refund. She ended up agreeing to both. The rest of our stay was better but still not great. The room above us left the shutters open day & night and it was really windy so they were continually slamming. We told management but they didn’t shut them (no one was in that room). The two pools were repeatedly being drained, only half full, and off. When the infinity pool is off, it fills with dirt and leaves, so it was gross to swim in. We asked them to turn it on, but the girl at the front desk didn’t know how. They also claim they have a parking lot but they absolutely do not. They have 2 small street spaces in front of their front door that you can park. The hotel is overall not very clean. Like they don’t wipe up the tables after people eat. They don’t clean up the pool area. There were several dirty towels and the cushions were stained. It’s been 2.5 weeks since we checked out and we have still not received a refund. We asked Karen and she said to talk to her on our last day. We did and she said to text her. We did and she keeps saying she’ll get back to us but never does. She said she sent the refund and when I asked for a receipt she said she would call me the following day. It’s been several days and I haven’t heard back and haven’t received a refund. I would absolutely recommend to STAY AWAY from this hotel if you want to have a pleasant experience.

The hotel is really nice. Design and atmosphere make it a good place to spend some days. Nice swimming pools and good breakfast. Some minor issues to be fixed, but I would recommend it! Internet worked super fast only the first two days, but I think they had a general problem on the area

Good experience overall ,good size od the room and bathroom. 2 outside pools well maintained. More breakfast options would be beneficial, I would expect a better choice than granola and bread for the price we have paid.

This place is the best! Friendly and extremely nice staff, beautiful spaces, and really close to the Main Street which is so fun. Only 30 minute bike ride to the beach. Staff helped with anything that was needed such as renting a scooter or directions. Breakfast was so tasty and more than expected. There was no construction like other posts mentioned either. The place is very clean and the rooms are so cute. Will be coming back and recommending to friends!

I would not recommend that hotel. The room was very humid and smells really bad. They were making noise all day long as they are changing staff in the hotel… They should do it without guest inside. One day we couldn’t sleep because of the noice as they were working till 22.00 and also a one member of the staff was listening to music very loud. When we told him to stop the music at 1.00 he said that he is in his room… I mean. Really? The only good thing is swimming pool. They also said on the website that there is parking, but you have to park your car on the street. Breakfast is very simple. Everyday the same.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 days in October in the King room with the tub. While the stay itself was pleasant, we were massively over-charged when we arrived. We had booked the hotel online through their website to avoid Airbnb, but when it came to check out through the website, the price we were charged was over $300 more than the price we had been shown on the website. When we raised this issue with the General Manager of the hotel, she agreed that there had been a mistake through the online booking service and ensured us that we would be payed back. After months of trying to arrange payment and the new General Manager Jesus acknowledging that our reimbursement “was a fact” - we have still not been reimbursed. At this point, we are doubtful that they ever intended to reimburse us, and feel entirely scammed. Both the hotel and the management did not help us …! Also the hotel was under major renovations which were loud and not very visually appealing. Nothing was offered to us, and we were not made aware of them prior to arrival. We are extremely disappointed with our experience and will never recommend to anyone.

No wifi! The hotel is still under refurbishment and does not look clean! There were flies all around the open buffett breakfast. Disappointing, not recommending! It looks like a construction area and the money you pay for that place is too much for this quality hotel.
