LOVED this place. From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and accommodating. Room # 1 (lower floor beach front) was fantastic with a semi private enclosed balcony/terrace with tables, chairs, couch and hammock. The room was a light refreshing white/blue and a round shape with plenty of window overlooking the ocean. Comfortable bed, bathroom was fine and there...

Lovely hotel right on the beach in Tulum. Rooms are a bit basic and it's definitely more of a couples romantic retreat so we felt a bit uncomfortable with our kids (5 and 3) jumping in the pool! But would recommend to anyone for it's cool design and relaxed vibe

We have just spent 6 nights at Punta Piedra and can't speak highly enough of it. The staff were all brilliant (especially Louie on reception), the setting was stunning on a small beautiful stretch of the beach - don't miss the moon or sun rises (at this time of the year there are only a few hours between them so...

My husband and I recently travelled to Tulum with another couple and we both loved this hotel. Both the hotel staff and the hotel location were amazing. Staff were friendly and safety oriented. This hotel was less expensive than other hotels located on the beach and we feel like we got an amazing deal. The rooms are small (but clean...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Punta Piedra the middle of February, and we miss it dearly! Upon arrival Javier was eager to give us a complementary drink, and tell us some great local places to check out. Throughout our stay he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the ocean front rooms (room 21), and...

This hotel is very cute, cozy and beautiful. There are a lot of lovely details. But there were some things that could be improved: The water pressure is so low, you need a lot if time for the shower. -The Wi-Fi is very inconstant, and thit not work half the time, except at the reception. -There is no possibility to...

We were a bit concerned that there was no AC but atleast when we were here that was never an issue. perfect temprature at night in the rooms. Staff is friendly and helpfull. They dont speak english fluently but well enough to...

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff was lovely. Please do Not rent bikes next door. Our bikes were stolen after being locked in an open public park in downtown Tulum. Not our fault at all. We had to file a police report. The thugs who own the bicycle/scooter dive joint next door stated that we must pay $100...

We stayed in a nice king room with partial sea view. There was a very nice balcony overlooking the small pool and beach restaurant. The restaurant closed early so we were not disturbed by any noise at all. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Efficient cleaning service. Beach towels. Bike rental next door, perfekt for going to the ruins. Several good restaurants...
