Hi I was around Poc Noc Dec 1 2017 thru Jan 10. I saw a lot of construction and noise from Poc Noc. They have a long way to go. I would stay at a special place to see and feel what Tulum spirt is about. Next door to Poc Noc is Los Palmas a very special place I started going to 40 years ago. Now they have real bathroom with showers ( they have their own water well not trucked in ) They have large white tipi tents fully enclosed no bugs. Others hotels made out of wood and grass let them in. They have great food at restaurant. They even go by Tulum park rules shut noise off at 10 PM ( you only here ocean waves all night ). The security guard Valerio good old man to look after you. This place is what the spirit of Tulum is about. Enjoy.
