I only stayed here one night, on my way back from Belize to take my flight home from Cancun. It's not a big hotel - the taxi driver from the ADO station didn't even know where it was! The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable, and the price was right. The front desk staff were all very helpful. Despite its...

Pros: Amazing location. Right in the heart of it all and walking distance to everything, including the ADO bus station. The beach is less than a minute walk. They provide beach towels. No frills hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and toiletries and towels replaced daily. Cons: Low water pressure in the shower. There's an AC in the...

Location is the biggest advantage. Located in the main pedestrian street of Playa del Carmen. Lovely neighborhood, located in a garden. 1min walk to all the shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and beach. Staff is very helpful especially Edgard. It's a small and very basic hotel with no elevator. You have to walk around 5min to reach the hotel since it's...

My husband & I stayed here from May 8-13, 2016. The property is in a fantastic location, right on the street and next to an art gallery. So for the price & location, the rating is four stars. Go up in price and it's a 2. I have it a 3 for good reason. I upgraded our reservation, which came...

A lovely little courtyard place, although room basic and small, very clean and had everything needed. Nice to sit out in the morning with coffee overlooking garden area and nice rooftop area. Management was very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Great location tucked away off 5th avenue and close to everything, but ... the drawback is very...

If you are a hotel snob, this hotel is not for you. My wife and I are always up for a good Mexico adventure, and this place lived up to the billing. The front desk guys were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies come every day, and are friendly, awesome people. Some say that it is too loud, but we...

I stayed 3 weeks at this nice little hotel, really felt like home. Loved walking into paradise like garden every day, spend a little time in the jacuzzi. The roof was one of my favorite places, having my morning coffee and sometimes lunch overlooking the sea, or just chilling late nights. Right on 5th avenue, but just secluded enough that...

As long as you don't expect fireworks - this is a very nice hotel. Two steps from anything in Playa. Superbly clean rooms - basic, small with a bit worn bathrooms. We got a room with balcony, which made a massive difference. Very nice management. We did not use the jacuzzi or the roof terrace glimpsing the ocean - no...

This hotel is very cute and in a great location but has some crazy rules. We were presented with our towels on the day before we left and told we would have to pay for them as they had " make up stains". Who has heard of such a thing! Sure enough, upon reading the list of rules that are...

“Choose the room according to your desired amenities. I had a twin bed and bathroom and had all I needed. My mom and brother had two twin beds, a bathroom and a living room which fit their needs. My best friend had a couch, balcony and refrigerator which made her happy. We saw other rooms also. You can't go wrong if you just pick what you need. They are all clean and comfortable and without noise.”
