After booking into the sister hotel El Tucan we were sent here for one night as El Tucan had overbooked which from reviews is not unusual. The reception staff were so accommodating and our room although not overly large was clean. The next day we were sent to El Tucan but the rooms were very basic and in fact we...

booked the property as part of a package.. stayed about two weeks and need to say the property is nicely located.. they seems to have affiliation to El Tukan Hotels. Pending on your package you could have a small breakfast option right at Nina or do a fife minute walk to the buffet Restaurant El Tuna with a bigger choice.....

The place is located next to some nice little streetfood shops, a supermarket and about 10 min to the party hotspots and some nice beaches. The pool area is very neat and quiet. The rooms are of good quality, there is free WiFi.

We got cheap flights and this budget hotel for so little considering it is so nice. It's budget so no balconies or 5* breakfast but amazing air con and I loved the pool area. Had the cheapest chichen itza trip booked through the hotel. The staff are all helpful and polite. It's fairly quiet at night too although I would...

Great location , everything is close , restaurants , shops, beach, fifth avenue, Coco Bongo . It is clean and staff is very polite. Pool is very small and untidy. Our room was so small with one little window , no natural light at all. They serve " breakfast" but it is a bistro no restaurant. We were sitting on...

A simple but clean basis hotel, just a few blocks away from the famous 5th Avenue and the nice beach. The room only has two beds, a television and a cupboard. But, enough! The bathroom is clean and sufficient. The garden and pool are nice to relax. A small fridge would be perfect, but the Oxxo is on the other...

We had reserved a room for 2 nights at the Nina Hotel because it was close to the car rental company and it looked nice on line with adult only atmosphere. When we arrived, the lobby was very nice with modern looking tile. The clerk was nice and offered us to get upgraded at the Tukan hotel right on 5th...
