Paseo del Sol features its own lighted and complimentary tennis court, Gym, sauna, free parking, the largest and most beautiful pool in the area and beach club right across de street.All the condominiums are fully air conditioned and furnished, spacious living room, ceiling fans, linens and towels, bottled drinking water, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, dishwasher), cable tv, dvd player, iron/ironing board combo, washer/dryer and very large balcony, terrace or either rooftop.All points considered, Paseo del Sol is a good choice for those who want the convenience of a fully equipped condo and all the tourist services you are likely to need, both in Playacar and Playa del Carmen.I would love to understand your needs in order to provide with the best option for vacations, I have a solution for every single need and budget.Please write or call me at any time, I’m always available to assist you. This is a wonderful, magical condominium! We visit twice a year and we have never been disappointed. The condo units are lovely and very well kept. There is everything you would need to have a great trip right inside each unit. The condos have the biggest pool in we've seen in Playa del Carmen, and its a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to 5th Avenue. Service is 2nd to none! We love, love, love it!!!

If you are looking for a large unit and you don’t mind old mouldy smelly rooms and bathrooms, then this place may do. It’s not a 3 star hotel. At the most it’s a 2.5 stars, given the size, pool and furniture. The smell is very unpleasant, and there is black mould all around the bathroom. Paseo has no restaurants or even a coffee place. In the evening the staff is all gone. Also, to get to the beach, you have to get up very early and line up to get a pass for the beach as there are limited spaces for Paseo residents at the beach. At 11 pm you will be asked to leave the pool area as the “pool time is over at 11 pm”. The shower switch in our bathroom didn’t work and it was so old that the switch to turn the shower head on was rusty and the handle was broken. See the video.

This condo is perfect, apartments are very well furnished and comfortable. Location is perfect and with access to the beach very close. If you want to move to other places you can find taxis all day long and commercial district is walking distance. We felt like home and enjoy every moment, including using the pool which is great!!. I will return 100%, this is my home at Playacar

Don’t know why there are so many different names for this condominium but it was confusing. Our stay was tip-top!! Great receptionist Ivanne and the perks of accessing Reef hotels pool and private beach area Our bedrooms were clean and functional and the place is nice and quiet. The only complain I have is that if you have not been to playacar, this is a gated community and you need to stop and checked by the security BOTH in and out of playacar. But surely will return despite the hassle

We stayed in Paseo del sol for 3 months and it was just perfect, the condo was just like the pictures, it’s important to mention that we rent through Bric vacation rentals, this guys are on top of everything, Ivonne the ambassador toke great care of us she is just awesome, running all the time to make sure everything is in order and the guests were happy, Galvan in charge of maintenance and Mirna the maid were also super good. If you coming to Playa del Carmen this will be without a doubt the place to stay.

We had a great time thanks to Ivonne and her wonderful staff and maintenance people. Security team worked very well and the whole Playacar complex is impressive and very safe and secure. Only stayed 1 wk but wished we stayed longer! 😎

This is a great location staff are awesome. Ivonne is the best she will bend over backwards to help you in anyway she can. The pool is awesome, the rooms are clean spacious couldn’t ask for better location, it’s a 10 min walk to 5th avenue. Sophia's Italian restaurant awesome food and prices. We will be back!

Coleen & Dan Durette We just had a 3 month stay at Paseo Del sol “surf 302” it was excellent, we rented through Bric rentals and Ivonne was our ambassador, she gave us five star service the entire time , if we ever had any little issue she will handle it immediately, she was also very helpful in booking restaurants and give us very good advice, if you plan on coming to Playa Del Carmen book at Paseo Del sol and make sure that is thought Bric and you will be fortunate to receive Ivonne’s great service, we can’t wait to come back in December to her great smile and great hug.

We stayed at Paseo Del Sol in Playacar MX at a 3-bedroom condo managed by BRIC Vacation Rentals from Jan 13 - Feb 28, 2018. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful complex. While we were there we had some small issues with the condo, that were quickly and competently addressed by Ivonne who works for BRIC Vacation Rentals at the Paseo Del Sol Condo complex and her trusty maintenance man Calvan. Together Ivonne and Calvan made our 6 week stay at Paseo Del Sol a memorable and enjoyable experience and as a result my wife and I have already booked for 2019!

95 meter long pool, wow, close to town even closer to the beach. We stayed in surf 103. Very clean, new paint and ac units. Big screen TV. Large fridge with ice maker. The large barbecue was a bonus Unit came with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, even had a stroller for toddlers. There is a modern gym on site. Perfect for families.
