We just returned from a week stay. We watched the Super Bowl in the sports bar and were disappointed. The chairs are very uncomfortable and the game was broadcast in spanish. The sound system in that place was horrendous. Check in was confusing as they don't tell you important details like getting an extra room key or the fact that...

Marlin Travel Northgate Shopping Mall Edmonton, Alberta Jan 31/11 RE: COMPLAINT FOR INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY JANUARY 23/11 - JANUARY 31/11 We went to Marlin Travel and met with an agent there to whom we emphatically explained that due to health reasons we did not want a trip where there was lots of walking. The agent assured us that this was a...

Everything at BlueBay is very nice. Sure there are little things that irritated us, like the shower door that didn't quite close or the amount of tipping that is required. But all in all it was very nice. Pools were clean and large. Service was prompt and friendly. The only complaint I would have is that they require more serving...

Avoid the time shares, they're in the lobby and they have no signage so they appear to be part of the hotel. Garden views is in front of wild growth. Try to see your room FIRST. Once you agree or have given your money you are done! This place is akin to being mairied in Vegas... No one cares about...

This property has some definate issues. We booked and ocean view room on our VIP all-inclusive package and the room looked out at vegitation, shrubs and a sewage pit. The room was suppose to be a Deluxe Ocean View room but had Zero views. The hotel VIP Concierge told us basically that we were lying and in their system it...

If you are looking for a caribbean tropical looking turqouise ocean, this is not the place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, the food was very good, although it was very repetitive. The sitdown restaurants had the same menu every night. The seafood restaurant was not very good, half the menu was meals that were not seafood. We expected to...

I usually book the cheapest room and hope for an upgrade once we arrive at the resort. An upgrade wasn't possible because the resort was booked, but actually we were very happy with our room. We were in building 6 facing the jungle, while it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach from our room; it was also...

My husband and I went with family to the Blue Bay Jan/Feb/11. This was not our first tropical trip, but it was the resort with the highest star rating. I was very dissapointed. Every time I asked for something I was told it was over there. We stayed in block 8. We wanted a extra room key and were told...

Hi folks,

I have a trip booked to the bluebaygrand for next month. have been reading the reviews here and an VERY worried. I'm even thinking of canceling my trip altogether due to concerns about the rooms/cleanliness, bathrooms and BUGS therein. I've viewed ALL the photos from TRAVELERS of the foregoing and it's clear this isn't a 5 star resort. Problem is, I already booked/

the NOLITOURS VIP package and might not be able to get a refund. In the meantime, could someone tell me if bugs are in the rooms? WHich rooms are cleanest and newest in the resort?

some photos show the rooms to be nice and clean. however there are some which clearly demonstrate mold, mildew, rusted towel racks in bathrooms, cracked fixtures (sinks/toilets etc) but the most distressing of all were the photos of sewage in the SINK! OMG, and other troublesome pics of guests who were severely bitten up by various creepy crawlies etc. some folks got sick too, another was robbed and another was accosted on the beach.

can someone please let me know where to stay in this resort, ie., which tower, what type of room, (standard deluxe suite etc) and which floor would have the cleanest and newest rooms ???

please HELP, I am really worried about traveling to the Bluebay. BTW, I have no plans to go to the beach and not interested in same (seems to be very dirty anyway).

Bonjour a tous,

Quelle immeuble, quelle etage ??? Est ce qu'il y'a des chambres renovees recemment par exemple?

J'apprecierais vos conseils......bonne soiree
