Rate 4 my stay at this location, XK offered me what I expected for the amount I pay, based on this continuous
Location: the hotel is well located, 8 minutes to the pier to take the ferry to Cozumel, 10 min. to the renowned 5 av. On the same av. of the hotel, are the parks of the Xcaret group
Cleanliness: not really very good, I guess they come in, lay beds, wash the bathroom and pass a mop, I think they just do a better job, between guest and guest
The beds for me were comfortable and there was no noise in the first floor room.
Food : breakfast includes: Scrambled eggs and starry or hard boiled eggs, oats or rice milk, chilaquiles, a chicken or beef stew, pineapple fruit, melon and papaya, granola, yogurt, very rich sweetbread, coffee, tea, unnatural orange juice, Jamaican water.
At night they implemented a taco menu, with cost, consists of three types of stews and fresh water, they also have cookies, potatoes and sandwiches for sale, if you prefer something else for lunch or dinner you have to look for it in the malls near the hotel
All the staff are attentive, just a little Osca one of the receptionists
It has a washer and dryer, the cost is $140

We are always passing through the hotel for ~2 days a year and use it mainly for overnight stays and breakfast, then experience the booth and Playa Night Live or go to the walking distance Italian restaurant.
The hotel is clean, well air conditioned, has its own parking, 2 large double beds and spacious rooms. An overnight stay with up to 4 people is absolutely no problem. The early start and the long period for breakfast is great for us as we have four very different get-up times. The breakfast selection with fruit, yogurt, cereal.... sweet parts and traditional mex. Breakfast with egg, beans .. Chilaquiles + coffee and juices etc. also fits for the two days.
Conclusion: For us so far the price/performance ratio is right and we therefore always like to come back.

If you come for business, it is just fine. Breakfast, that is included, is teeeerrrrible. Sleep quality is so good, bed is very comfortable and the hotel is almost not noisy.
Check in was slow.
You will need a car or taxi, there are not interesting places to go walking.

Well I can start by saying the photos of this hotel must of been taken when it was NEW. It is getting worn down and is in need of repairs. Our bedroom air conditioner vents looked like it was either really dirty or mouldy, either way it was gross.
The bathroom shower curtains are 12” too short so when you take a shower all the water gets all over the floor. It’s a mess.
They do not give you face wash cloth,I tried asking, I received a bath towel.
The pool was full of leaves( I ended up cleaning it with the pool skimmer because I didn’t see a grounds/ maintenance person the entire day. The pool tiles are falling off as well. Breakfast was poor, Odd selection of food for breakfast, bean slop, no bacon, incredibly over ripe fruit. Both morning they had no milk.
I understand it’s only $100USD a night, however I’ve stayed in much nicer places in Mexico for less than this.
On a lighter note- staff was friendly

I want to start by say the food at this resort is fantastic, but everything absolutely terrible. What the website says about ocean front walk out rooms are truly lies.. there is no beach at this resort, the best access to the ocean is across the street at the Hilton. The Wyndham sits on public access beach so there are a lot of random people walking in front of you and or sitting in front of you that are not apart of this resort. The ocean out front of the hotel is all rocks and you can not go in.
If you want any access to water best bet if the pool however good luck getting any place to sit as each seat sits on top of each other and so you have barely any space to yourself and there seat are also taken by 7:30 in the morning so you’re stuck either at the non existent beach or sitting on your towel.
Additionally outside and the rooms smell like rotting eggs because of the excess reef algae that is not being cleaned up daily
Would never Recommend anyone staying at this hotel, worst hotel experience I have ever had and I come here 2-3 times a year and this is most definitely one to stay away from!!!! Go to Tulum 👎👎👎👎

+1
Disastrous stay! We started saying that they use the handicapped parking lot to park the vans and since I have the right, I had to park far away and I had to make a lot of efforts due to my reduced mobility.
Entering the room on the ground floor it is impossible to rest due to the shouts of the maids and the poor manners of the guests standing in the hallway (they should not put rooms in this place) in addition the maintenance is non-existent I add a photo of the bathroom where to enter the room shower you cut your feet because of the cut and misused tiles. No water comes out in the shower full of scale, there is no dryer or iron and the glass closet doors are only propped and you can't open them!
There is a lack of tissues and the shower curtain is old and dirty.
I do not recommend it because of the price it asks for.
They should get their act together and fix this hotel a lot, especially if they want to charge what they ask for and bring quality tourism.

The location is great is close to all the xcaret parks and a 5 min walk to the cozumel ferry.
Breakfast was decent, staff not bad but not acomodating at all. The room SMELLED BAD and the 2 chairs in the room were very DIRTY. Bedding was ok.

Excellent location near shopping, beach and highway to Tulum and Cancun. For the price we paid for two queens for 4 nights we were able to do PDC on a fantastical low budget. The breakfast was typical Mexican fare but filling and good. The pool was spotlessly clean and a great way to wash off the sea salt. This property fits all the good criteria expected of Wyndham.

The attention is excellent. I really liked going to the pool, it feels warm. After 3pm they put two types of infused water at reception. In the restaurant they only serve buffet-style destinations. And it's OK. Because you can leave with a good breakfast to go on your excursions. I came for business and as a family. The conference rooms are very good. The beds are comfortable. Despite the heat of the environment. The hotel always has good, fresh weather.

A great hotel with excellent service and attention. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. I usually choose this hotel for its location and distance to where I go for work. The rooms are spacious and the desk they offer has connections for charging the laptop and printer, as well as spaces to recharge your cell phone or other equipment. Normally the breakfast buffet is varied and includes simple options, but with very good flavor.

Hi, I just saw your question. I am confused by your wording. I don't have a studio suite. I don't own the hotel. I take it you need a fridge and stove? I don't believe they have those in the hotel.
