...Also, if you don’t purchase a cabana ($130&up) u can’t use the pool chairs placed right at the edge of the pool 🤦🏾‍♀️. U only have access to chairs that are behind the cabana😡... After 10p we felt like we were in a senior citizen retirement home... The brand tequila they used for our mixed drinks SUCKED... For the price we payed to stay at the resort, we definitely was expecting more... We have stayed at numerous resorts in Mexico (PDC) for longer time frame, more amenities, more pools n paid less... So for those reasons, we were very disappointed and we would never return or recommend this resort...

...However, if you go to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico to spend time by the pool and or on the beach, think twice before booking into the Hilton Playa Del Carmen... $109 U.S. a day the week of March 13, 2023... The result is that unless you pay, or do the towel thing, early in the morning, you will not be able to enjoy the pool and or the beach because there will not be a place to put your towels and stuff... Hilton Management's greed to squeeze every dollar possible out of their guests is so bad, they are in denial of the problem and do not accept the scores of reviews complaining about it... Don’t go for a long swim or walk on the beach... And for goodness sakes, don't relax or act like you are on a vacation!...

...However, the cabana thing is really a big issue... The cabanas have to be rented out daily and they aren't cheap... Depending on the area they range from $110 to $190 a day (in US dollars)... I still do highly recommend this place but if you are on a strict budget than and love to lounge on the pool then maybe choose another that doesn't have this issue... But if you have the finances then I would definitely say come to the Hilton in Playa Del Carmen...

...The "entertainment" at the pool was non-stop, cheesy and very annoying to listen to... The amenities were somewhat limited within the (pretty expensive) all-inclusive price... Any chair that is remotely close to the pool is reserved for those who pay an additional $200 a day for cabanas (you get cabanas AND all the pool chairs around it when you rent a cabana)... On our tour the first day, we were told that the cabanas were off limits unless paid for but the beach cabanas and pool chairs were first come first serve and we were asked to move twice the following day from 2 areas that we had been previously told we were allowed to sit in... I have no problem paying extra for a cabana, this is common in most resorts, but was disappointed that you could hardly sit next to the pool without paying more as well...

We have done 6 all-inclusive trips in total, 2 of which we stayed at this resort when it was the Royale (now a 3rd as the Hilton)... The upcharge on some alcohol is something that has steered us away from many resorts; if you say all-inclusive, just make it "all" inclusive... No one wants to abide by a watch when on vacation!... They have lined the pool with cabanas for rent, the chairs between the cabana and the pool are for cabana use only, so there are VERY minimal poolside chairs without paying $130+ per day to use...

...The property is now owned by the Hilton and they have completely destroyed the entire resort. They charge an upgrade fee for multiple things and the quality of alcohol is absolutely horrible... Please know that we are not picky travelers but do expect to get what we are charged for... Please do not waste your time or money at this establishment... There are several other resorts that far exceed the services and amenities provided by this hotel branded under the name of the Hilton... It’s a shame that this resort had the entire package at one time and sold out to less than adequate corporate chain hotel line that is only concerned with cutting corners to maximize profits...

...We long for the days when this property was The Royal. This property could do so much more, first off stop the money grab around the pool, unless you spend $80USD it is difficult to get a decent chair position around the pool... Secondly, STOP the reserving of pool side chairs, people put a book on the chair early in the morning and don’t show up until 3pm or never show up... This is not right and leaves many without a chair... This property is perfectly located just off the main 5th Avenue in Playa... We arrived on Saturday afternoon and checked into our first floor ocean view room with a pool outside to find that our room smelled of mold and mildew... We ate at all the restaurants, except the The Chef's Plate, because it had a ridiculous upcharge, which I don't understand, because of the amount of money we paid to stay at this resort... When you walked into each restaurant, there was a glass display with a Tomahawk ribeye and a lobster that you could pay an additional $50 per person and order... I have never experienced this at any other all inclusive resort and felt insulted that this was an upcharge... I tried to order my drinks with "double" alcohol, but it didn't help... It is obvious that Hilton is cutting corners, due to cost and the lack of tourist the last couple of years, due to Covid... Once again, I'm a huge supporter of Hilton, but I would not recommend this property...

Everyone was great at the Hilton Playa, from the day we arrived to the day that we left we were fully taken care of, greeted in every passing, and offered multiple options of beverage, food activity, and recommendations outside of the resort. I would call out specifically one person Benny who works in the baggage area... Benny took the time out of his busy day to greet and just talk, providing me insight to local attractions, options for places to save money but not lessen the experience... Benny is a valuable asset to the Hilton Playa...

We are staying here right now and this staff is the most attentive, supportive and professional group that I may have ever encountered... We are both Hilton Diamond members and travel quite a bit usually staying at Curio Collections, Waldorf, Conrad etc…... Our room is nice, and we got the upgrade plus everything else you would expect as a Diamond member and more... Also stop complaining that you didn’t get unlimited bottles of Don Julio 1942 ( probably one my top selections but I know the cost), as with the A5 Wagyu you might have an additional cost right???... Also, leave a gratuity for servers/staff that go above and beyond, trust me they are working extremely hard and deserve the recognition...

This was our first time in Mexico and we will 100% be going back because of our experience at The Hilton Playa Del Carmen. My husband and I both agree that we’ve never experienced service like we did at this resort... We’ve stayed many places around the world and their hospitality was TOP NOTCH... The whole team at the Hilton was incredibly nice and welcoming... Every time we walked passed a staff member they said hello with a smile... The service was great, they offered 4 food items (but if you wanted an additional option they were completely accommodating, drink service was top notch, and it was so nice to relax out of the sun for some hours, but still enjoy the entertainment)... If you are a Hiltons Honor member, there are a set of 10+ cabanas on the beach you can access for free!... I will add, the service was not as prompt as by the pool, but they have a bar right next to the cabanas that was easy to access if there was not a staff member around... Thank you Hilton for such an amazing experience on our Honeymoon!...

I want to point out that everyone at this hotel is aiming to please you 24/7... Some staff to look out for are Gio in entertainment, Lenin at the pool/beach waiter, Ruben and Julio (waiters at Pelicanos) and Lineth (Pelicanos hostess)... Very nice resort, beautiful rooms, great location... Also, servers don't bring snacks to the pool/beach area... Pool/beach chairs and cabanas: All the chairs are taken by 8am or earlier... People put towels on them first thing in the morning and there's not enough chairs for all guests... The cabanas by the pool are not included in your all-inclusive package, which is okay except for they want to charge $110 per day!... As a Hilton member you do get a free cabana by the beach but there's a very small number of those (like 10) and it's on the side of the beach that's not very nice...

We have loved this resort so much we bought 80 weeks here... The cabana situation: they moved the cabanas to the pool’s edge... You really cannot sit at the pool unless you rent a cabana for $74, $110, or $170 per day... And, if you want a cabana at the big pool on a Saturday, it’s always $170... 2 loungers came with the cabana instead of the “first come, first served” set up we are all used to... We were able to get Kettle One (or some vodka that was in the Kettle One bottle) once at the swim up bar... We were called in our room and offered a “hospitality room” the day of departure... Little things like the wonderful smell of the lobby bar bathrooms when it was the Royal were missed!... They had some oil or wax burning and it was a really nice touch... Another thing, there is quite a difference how we were treated upon arrival as opposed to departure... The Tequila bar was my favorite place on the resort!... Now, nobody can enjoy a cigar (which I do realize that isn’t everyone’s preference, but they should have somewhere people can enjoy one and a drink at the same time)...

My sister and I love love this hotel!... Carlos Genis was our waiter at Kalamata restaurant and he was also so nice and welcoming... They really made us feel like queens as they told us we should feel... Loved our waiters Fredy Moo and Ricardo Laguna at Spice and Rincon... They were very top notch and made sure we were happy with everything... Our room service was well taken care of by Daniel Mendez... He made sure we had everything we needed in the refrigerator and brought more water minutes later!... At the swim up-pool bar, Reyes was very attentive and fun!... The best waitress at the pool serving drinks was Alejandra... She was always walking all over the place serving everyone!... I loved that the cups at the pool were plastic ones that can be thrown away after using and not reused... That’s a big plus because I’ve been to hotels where they dip and reuse cups at pool bars which can seem very unsanitary... Another wonderful plus is that the glasses, plates, and utensils in the restaurants are very clean, as well as the tables and floors... Loved seeing Alan come out of the cantina to make drinks during the shows... He also did a fantastic tequila tasting inside the Mixology Cantina bar... Rigoberto was a great manager at Asiana and made sure our experience was supreme... He greeted us both nights we ate there as well as said goodbye when we left... Oh yeah, we enjoyed the spring rolls and fried rice very much!... The room was nice except the light kept turning off in the restroom on me... If you want to know how you can improve, a welcome drink would have been nice as we walked in the lobby to check in on the day we arrived... Also, when ordering a bottle of champagne to the room, they gave me a hard time about it at first... The tequila bar outside downstairs doesn’t have the cool blue lights anymore and doesn’t have Don Julio so I hope that all comes back!...

Since the Hilton took over the property, there have been some changes... There is a lot of push for upgrade meals... We were told our luggage would be taken to our room... While we waited, we should visit with this person who then proceeded to tell us about how wonderful the resort was and also attempted to lure us into meeting the next day for 90 minutes to hear their special multi-resort offer... We saw complaints before going regarding the additional fees for cabanas, higher end alcohol, and dining experiences, but this did not bother us at all and actually made sense... You have the option to NOT choose to upgrade and everything is included... We did purchase a cabana by the pool one day and we do not regret it... The service was great, they offered 4 food items (but if you wanted an additional option they were completely accommodating, drink service was top notch, and it was so nice to relax out of the sun for some hours, but still enjoy the entertainment)... Other things we really enjoyed: ALL of the food (specifically the turkey wrap at Barefoot for lunch + spice for breakfast buffet each day), a cabana at the pool for 1 day was totally worth it for us (a waiter for all drink and lunch needs along with a bottle of liquor), yoga on the infinity deck (if you’re into working out - they had GREAT class options, just remember to bring your tennis shoes), the 24-hour lounge (great for watching sports & had a pretty great food option to grab and snack on), and the included cabana options on the beach!... ...Gourmet restaurants, such as Maria Petrona and Asiana had great dinner options... You can enjoy an amazing made to order breakfast at the beach cabanas... Equally amazing was the bakery at the main lobby... We'd order cappuccinos and chocolate caramel croissants to go and then head to Pelicanos for our daily breakfast, which included chilaquiles, avocado toast, huevos rancheros, and omelettes... Daily night entertainment at the lobby was amazing with professional and spectacular entertainers... Entertainment started at 7:00 pm and end by 11:00 pm... At that time, we'd head out to 5th Ave for shopping or lounge nightlife... I want to point out that everyone at this hotel is aiming to please you 24/7... These beautiful people will go out of their way to make your vacation a memorable one...

...We selected this property primarily because of its "all-adults" offering, which ALWAYS appeals to us!... From all of the help that Suheim Nunez and Diana Bello provided for our pre-arrival arrangements, to the incredible service that Ramirez provided us during our cabana day at the pool... Spice offers the most unique and wonderful food and drink options, and was our favorite place to eat... The room was awesome, with a whirlpool tup and nice balcony with a hammock... Our door had a welcome banner thanking me for my Hilton Brand loyalty... We were provided a wonderful dessert and bottle of champagne for my birthday...

We love Hilton Playa Del Carmen! Staff treated us well, food choices are great too... For our lunch we would always end up back eating tacos they are delicious and our waiters Manuel May, David Cruz, Ruben Lopez, and Rigoberto Cantu were the best they already knew what we wanted to drink and made us feel welcome... Hotel is close the Quinta Avenida and many more places to visit...

The resort was well located being next to the beach as well 5th ave. We thought the food was pretty good for a resort and checked out all restaurants except Spice and Ricon as they were closed at the time. The resort is difficult to locate certain areas at first but you get used to it. I do wish the swim up was larger and more accessible to the main pool as well as having more seating options around the pool.

Two magical weeks in July 2022 at this magical resort. From start to finish, the staff, the fellow guests, the food, the rooms, the facilities, the entertainment, could not have been better. We made so many new friends. Special mention to Max, Alejandro, Luisa in the entertainment team who made every day so much fun and to Marisol at 24 hr all inclusive and Barefoot who's service and approach to customer relations was exceptional. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to go back. There is nothing to improve on. The management of this resort clearly have a great approach to hospitality and I imagine the staff are very well looked after given the smiles on all their faces. We even had a minor injury and had to see the medical team and they too were amazing. Thank you also to the Discover team who arranged fantastic excursions for us creating unforgettable memories. If you are looking for a 5 star all inclusive adult only resort with the ability to get out and about and explore, we can recommend this resort very highly.

First off arriving at the bright lights of the Hilton it almost looked extremely inviting until I arrived to check in. Upon checking in it was confusing that someone rushed over to try to take my luggage from me without asking then proceeded to try to get me to leave my bags outside. I told them upon arrival I wanted to keep my bag with me which became no problem. Now checking in they said I see your Hilton honors Diamond member and reserved our presidential suite (highest room price possible) and our Hilton honors is way too busy to check in right now. I looked over and Hilton honors separate lounge had 0 people in line. The front desk said I’ll check you in and get you taken care of. Everything seemed to look better but then I tried going to restaurants and was constantly asked my room number. Now with your presidential suite you have everything complimentary said the front desk agent. This is a total lie you must pay for cabanas you must still get your own reservation for dinner and I was never told this upon arrival until day 2 of my stay when they said it’s a 2 hour wait for dinner. I then received 10 calls from a butler who never was introduced to me and I was never made aware of having. Hilton should remove this hotel from the listings and I would advise on other hotels that are more dedicated to Diamond members and can offer much much more for $1000 a night.

A very welcome oasis from the tackiness and tourist traps in Playa del Carmen town. A big resort hotel with plenty of excellent varied food and drink options. You wont go hungry or thirsty. Or need to go outside. Rooms are spacious, the beds big and comfortable, a noisy pool, foam parties , loud music, games etc and a quiet one, sun on the right hand side as you go up the steps, shade on the left. ......take your pick but as usual be prepared to put your towel down early. Waiting staff are efficient but all this nonsense about looking at menus on your phone from a QR code is still Covid nonsense. The gardens between the 4 blocks of rooms are very well kept and add a touch of class. After seeing how much food and drinks cost outside the hotel, the all inclusive concept is money well spent. If you use it to your advantage. Expensive massage options and dining tables around the dance/entertainment floor. Its full of Americans. Not a complaint just an observation. If you come by ADO bus the taxi is 150 pesos. The beach is a bit narrow, has nice sand but the sunbeds have no shade from umbrellas. Cabanas available to a certain class of customer. Joined the Hilton Honors before staying but apart from a different check in desk Im not sure what else it gave me. Im sure the marketing person will tell me in his reply . Over all I was very happy with my stay, would stay again and definitely recommend to others

I can't say enough about the good things about the Hilton. Every one of the personal were Great from the cabana people, waiter's maids. I had a room that overlooked the pool. Every morning there was a cleaning Crue doing the pool the covers on the beds. and the chairs. Thay had morning Yoga.and other classes. The only problem that I had was on checking in I am a Hilton Diamon and I checked 2 days before coming to see if there were any upgrades on rooms. They said that I would have to check the day that I checked in. So that Friday I checked and there was. A bedroom and the Presidential suite. And according to Hilton I was instilled to the upgrade of the 1 Bedroom. But the front clerk Alan said it did not matter they had a policy not to honor that policy. I ask him to then compensate.me with froe Cabana. He said no there was nothing that he could do. That was the only bad thing that happen. I just can't understand if Hilton has these polices that one of their Great Property's brakes it?

Dear Larry B. Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our resort. We truly appreciate your positive feedback regarding our team members, amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the Hilton. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience you experienced during the check-in process, and we appreciate your loyalty as a Hilton Diamond member. We would like to clarify that room upgrades for Diamond members are subject to availability and are typically determined upon arrival at the resort. Regarding your specific situation, we would like to mention that upgrades are generally applied to standard suite categories and may not extend to superior categories, such as the One Bedroom or Presidential Suites. We understand that this may have caused frustration, and we regret any misunderstanding. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously, and we will review the situation with our team to ensure better communication. It is essential to note that benefits for Hilton Diamond members are consistently reviewed by Hilton Headquarters to maintain a high standard of service. We value your patronage, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, providing you with an even more seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you for choosing Hilton.

Me and my husband went on a 4 day trip here. The place is huge, it feels like a campus and is really pretty. There is a ton of stuff to do within the hotel during the day and evening. We didn’t love the food, it was very mediocre. It wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t great. We did the dinner at Chefs Plate which you have to pay for. I do not recommend spending your money on this, the food was no better than anywhere else in the hotel. After dinners, we would go to the La Mejorada bar. The bar has a fun asthetic to it and they make hand crafted cocktails for you from tons of ingredients. There is a bartender there named Carlos Mendoza, he is such an awesome guy, took great care of us - shoutout to Carlos! Make sure to grab a drink from him or Fonzi (I may have spelled his name wrong), both make delicious cocktails. Only thing that we weren’t a fan of “bar wise” is that all alcohol stops being served at the hotel at 11pm. One bar is called 24 hr lounge, which is misleading. The pool chairs fill up so so fast. We never got a spot (we are new first time parents and took advantage of the opportunity to sleep in most mornings) at the pool so we laid out at the beach everyday. It’s a much calmer vibe at the beach than the pool (which has games going on, foam parties, etc). Beach had some seaweed in the water one day and none the next day, just depends. Hotel is in downtown Playa (I think) and there are 4 or 5 bars all right outside the hotel. One of the bartenders said not to go past those bars though. The mall is right down the street as well. Overall enjoyed our stay!

From the moment you walk in the door someone is trying to upsell food and spa services at this ALL INCLUSIVE resort. Before even checking into our room. Very annoying and in poor taste. The person who provides you with gift services literaly told me that I could help him earn a commission if I accepted a brunch / lunch tour / seminar. In addition, a couple of the restaurants were charging a fee for dinner, while food at the all -inclusive restaurants had no taste. The Asian restaurant and Kalamata were the only edible restaurants considering the cost and were very good. Entertainment was also virtually nonexistent. However they had a silent listening party one night which was decent. Overall a clean and quiet resort which had a beautiful beach. Lacking in activities and catering to the over 55 crowd. I would not recommend attending this as a solo traveler.

Well, it started off bad with over one hour to check in and there was no one in front of us. We finally got to our room, which was very nice. But then things turned for the worse again with our first of many mediocre meals (this one via room service with cardboard like pizza, a burger that looked like it was from a school cafeteria and more). The next day at the pool was like being at a night club and curse words left and right by other guests...not very relaxing. Over the next five days we did enjoy relaxing on the beach and just avoided the overcrowded pools. Positives: room, the great fitness center, and a nice space. Negatives: check-in, bad food at almost every meal (except for the Chicken Parm, the woodfire pizza and the spring rolls), the bad customer servce at check in and check out, and the party atmosphere at the pool (avoid if your goal is to relax).

The Positive Clean, comfortable, well maintained, friendly attentive staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds. The beach was very clean. The quality of food and drinks exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that staff helped free up the seating by the pool by removing towels that were unattended for a significant time. I was very pleased that the pool remained open until 10 pm. If you like to do laps as part of your exercise routine the crowd clears out at dusk and you use the length of the large pool to do laps. The gym facilities were enjoyed by many of our group. The wifi was consistent throught the resort and even reached the beach. Needs Improvements Number One The biggest criticism I have is in regards to the acoustics of the main lobby. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy any of the evening shows. The natural acoustics of the room caused the sound to be quite amplified but also distorted due to reverb caused by construction material of the room and the effects of this were highly unpleasant and abrasive. None of us wanted to be in the lobby. Having the lobby right near the entrance made avoiding this room nearly impossible and always unpleasant in the early evening. This was very unfortunate as many of us wanted to enjoy the shows and concerts. As a professional musician who plays shows this kind of error would only happen during a sound check then be aptly fixed by putting up some sound absorbing material. I am not sure what the architect and the entertainment coordinator were thinking but also how this has managed to continue at an established renowned hotel chain. Completely unacceptable. This not only ruins the experience for the quests but for the musicians trying to showcase their trade. Exposure to this kind of sound would be quite damaging to the ear health and the nerves of the Hilton staff and quests. Minor annoyances. Pool It was frequently difficult to find a chair by the main pool even with the staff attempting to free up chairs. Strategically removing 4 or 5 Cabanas would make the pool experience much better. Up sales everywhere... This was felt the most by some of our female family members at the spa. It is rather antithetical to relaxation when you are enjoying a spa treatment away from the peddling retailers on 5th avenue and the sales pressure continues. This is not right. Nothing to do past 11 No place to sit and enjoy a beer and food past 11pm unless you leave the resort at your own cost. Conclusion There are many good qualities about this resort. Having said that you should be prepared to add an extra couple of grand to your budgeting. The hidden costs required to stay here might give one cause to decide against choosing The Hilton. This resort advertised as 24 hour all inclusive adult oriented but that isn't exactly true. One could feel very excluded if they spent their budget on the booking and an excursion, then found they were continually excluded from accessing a poolside chair. One might also feel excluded to see the many empty poolside chairs adjacent to Cabanas reserved for those with more money. The messaging is Hilton poolside is not inclusive but exclusive to those who have more money. To find a place to eat and drink after 11 pm you will have to go off of the resort. This seems rather exclusive and not inclusive to anyone with mobility issues or lack of endless $$ due to hidden expenses associated with booking an inclusive™️ experience at the Hilton.I find it hard for me to believe that a world class hotel chain such Hilton raking in profits from upsales cannot obtain a similar license as the other bars that are allowed to sell alcohol after 11pm. If you don't have significant extra funds and want to socialize with your group you could end up spending all of your vacation budget on your first night out causing you to spend the rest of your evenings sitting in your room watching tv.

Simply put this resort is wonderful. To be more detailed: Check in--easy, only one ask if we wanted a swim-up pool upgrade which we denied. We were there 7 days in September. Room--we were diamond members and were given an upgrade to a Garden suite. The pictures of the rooms on this site and their website are completely accurate. Room has typical shampoo, conditioner, lotion (Hilton please change to refillable shower containers), hair dryer, magnifying make up mirror, and a double sink. Plenty of drawers and huge closet with safe. There is a refrigerator with coke, diet coke, tecate regular and light beer, and water which is refilled daily. Also chips and peanuts. The bed had a fantastic mattress and built in reading lights. The large glass shower with a seat had an overhead rain shower and you could switch to a hand held shower head and toilet with door. The baloney had two chairs, table and a hammock. There was also a coffee maker but we did not use. Main pool area: daily shows with mostly pop and techo music and has a very upbeat vibe. The performers are fun and try to get people involved in the central part of the main pool. If you prefer to watch but not be in the middle of the show or doing zumba or bingo or having lovely dancers all around you, sit or stay on the beach side. The music is loud to very loud and they do try to vary the music some. The morning are quieter. We rented a cabana 3/7 days. All the cabanas are the same the pricing is $74 for a cabana with 2 waters and 2 hard seltzers and only drink service (this is what we got), the other two are around $110 and $170 for a bottle of alcohol or champagne and food and drink service. Most cabanas come with 2 pool loungers (some do not). We knew about renting the cabanas so it didn't bother us. We didn't need or want the food service as you can get food yourself from Barefoot food stand (healthy salads, pizzas, wraps, bowls--salmon or tuna poke bowl and beet salad are wonderful) or go to Spice for a buffet lunch. The swim up bar is very nice and tons of extroverted people who enjoy talking and parting seem to hang around the main pool general. All the servers around the pool were attentive and bartenders they will make you any drink quickly with a smile. There is only one true hot tub except for the spa and it is huge and can get busy. The main pool in general can get busy. There are lots of activities including speciality foods like buffalo chicken donuts or shrimp Afredo being served around lunch time from a hut, fun drinks like melon or strawberry vodka snow cones or random Mexican speciality foods being pasted around, or Mexican braided bracelets made for you or pool games or live music or DJ music. You get the idea. There always seemed to be a lot of loungers however, not a lot of cover from the sun. Quiet Pool: very different chill vibe. Only 2 cabanas (no cost), only one small bar with a bartender who will ask you and bring you drinks, plenty of sun beds and MELLOW atmosphere. We split our time between the two and the beach. Either low mellow music or no music. Also loads of shade in pool in the afternoon. Both pools appeared to be heated. Restaurants: Look around online and you can find the menus. We ate at all the restaurants and found all to be yummy. The asian one was closed when were there. Spice has an amazing breakfast spread and we never lacked for variety. The food was overall excellent. To be noted we are vegetarians who sometimes eat fish and there were loads of options. Never bored. Every restaurant had a vegan choice and sometimes more than one vegetarian choice and the chef would subtract things from menu items to make them vegetarian. Even the snacks were lovely. Gym: very clean and well stocked. I liked the yoga room and did solo yoga a couple of times. There is group yoga in the morning which I enjoyed once. Entertainment: was mostly the nightly shows and we watched a couple of them. They were big and loud and funny and too stimulating for us as we are more a quiet jazz couple but I would say they were enjoyable. The silent disco was fun to participate in and watch. The main bar where all the shows are does a wonderful job with complicated drinks even during busy times. Overall: An A+ experience which I would recommend to anyone unless you want a nonstop party experience.
