It is noisy all the time, even during night until late due to noisy party people and loud music. You can't have a good rest as the music from the reception starts again at 8 am in the morning when they open the lobby. The worst is the rude hotel manager Camber who behaves unfriendly, unprofessional and inappropriate (she seems high and arrogant). Marihuana, drugs and parties in the hotel lobby and there is no meal included in the stay although there is a restaurant.

We stayed at the Green Village with our 3 kids (16, 13, 8). From the first minute, the staff was amazing - caring for all our needs, so very friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to make our stay pleasent. The room was spacious and clean, and the restayrant's food was excellent! We took a day trip with the hotel owner to the green lagoon and to a cenote which is not open to the public. The trip was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would definitely come back!

This hotel has only 12 rooms. The 2nd and 3rd floor are reached by a wooden circular stair surrounding a tree trunk. Suitcases are hauled up on a pulley lift. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. In lobby there is a sofa, bar, reflecting pool (tiny). Nice staff.
