Here now for mental health break and this place was not a good idea. Cons:Made two reservations which were confirmed by the concierge Luisa and both times we had an issue. This job is definitely NOT for her and she probably should consider another position. 1st: We made reservations for our Anniversary dinner on the beach at 9pm and there were a few hiccups because Luisa did not do her job to ensure that our experience was memorable. We went to Luisas’ desk 10 mins early as she instructed and she was missing for at least 20 mins so I decided to walk to the beach to see if arrangements were in order and had to ask two workers. They were extremely helpful but that was not there job to assist with this but they did with out hesitation. Not sure when she returned to her desk but needless to say i was not pleased with this process. 2nd: We made reservations on Thursday for a Sunday night dinner at the Japanese restaurant for 8pm so that we could attend a show at 9pm and guess what the hostess did not have our reservations because of a mistake made by Luisa. Here comes Luisa apologizing for her mistake and offering us another slot at 9pm and complimentary strawberries and champagne. We don’t want fruit and drinks we want you to do your job. This was unacceptable because that time frame will not allow us to see the show we looked forward to all day. I’ve never experienced such incompetence from a concierge in all my travels. Pros: Hugo gets 5 stars. He treated us like royalty for the dinner on the beach. We laughed and enjoyed our night. The service we received from Hugo was top notch and definitely memorable. Juan the bartender at the pool and Erik from entertainment were awesome and their energy was unmatched. Can’t forget about Adrian he was very helpful and kind and every time we left the resort and returned he greeted us with a smile and welcomed us back to our home for the next couple of days.

My husband and I needed to get away. This was a covid-clean environment and the customer service was great. We did the jet ski's on the beach, got couples massage from Josefina and Fell. Those massage where better than my monthly membership to Massage Envy!!! I could go back just because of them.Hotel was great, we really enjoyed our vacation!

After having to cancel several vacations this year we finally were able to get away. The resort was wonderful, everyone was friendly and the food was great. We were very impressed by the efforts to clean and disinfect throughout the property. The Beatles show was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a smaller resort that is adults only.

Food quality and selection is absolutely top notch. As someone who is gluten intolerant and a food snob the wait staff and food options were on point. Beach and pool are both gorgeous with wonderful nightly entertainment. Only problem was the age of this resort is starting to show with maintenance items causing us to not have hot water several times during our stay. Frustrating to take a cold shower in paradise but still a great value for the cost.

My SO and I booked 5 nights here and just returned yesterday. When we booked, it had not been announced they were closing yet. The resorts is in obvious need of maintenance which they are doing before handing over to the new owners; however, it's still in good shape. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is relaxing and the bar service was good. The food...ok, not great selection and not great but still edible. The drinks seemed watered down but decent. The entertainment was very good, even the special pool dinner night with the Beatles Revolution show. Like most resorts during these times, they are a little under staffed and worse with the eminent closure there has been a lot of turnover in staff. The room was comfortable and relaxing....while they did have water cut off for a few hours one day it was only a minor inconvenience and we weren't upset. The one real complaint, which seems to be common with many resorts at this time, is that there are only a couple of every night restaurants and the other one will change from seafood one night to steak the next, etc... which is fine but to our knowledge we could never find anywhere that there was a scheduled posted. Regardless....after just a day or two my SO, who had never been to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, was ready to book our next trip as early as March! Unfortunately it won't be here, but, I'm hoping we can find one that as good or better and not over crowded (she's a late sleeper so reserving a beach/pool chair can be a hassle)
