The rooms looks like brand new hotel is in perfect condition. But, the hot water at night took about ten minutes to run hot. the bed has just one sheet cover and if you get cold just get dress and sleep with clothes..

We spent 3 nights here and were looking for a low cost hotel since we were going to be gone all day and only coming to the room to sleep. We spent 1 full day at Xcaret, another full day at Xel-Ha and another day at Chichen Itza, so we did not want to get an all inclusive on this...

This hotel is a small family run operation on 15th in Playa del Carmen. The rooms were clean and new and the price was excellent considering that it was Easter week. Check in was easy and there was always someone to open the gate for us, even when we arrived very late to the hotel. It is an excellent value...

We especially liked the smaller more authentic restaurants in the area. Quinta Avenida, the main street is tragic. Way overpriced and meant for the ignorant tourist. The swimming pool is a welcome relief on...

This is an hotel to spend a night in playa Del Carmen. We found it late at night and the receptionist gave the last room available. The room was clean, quiet with amenities. There is a small pool and the location close to Playa's attraction We recommend

Great price/value. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Not too noisy area. We had a room in the top-floor, with a nice balcony. I guess it's better than staying on the ground floor without balcony. We'd book again!

My husband and I along with a couple of friends stayed at this hotel and we were not very happy. The location is great- not on the beach but a couple of blocks of walking and you are in la quinta avenida. Anyway the pictures on their site look great. We paid 800 pesos for the night which wasn't bad but...
