Great place, clean and pleasent hotel with friendly staff. They have a very good breakfast. A large well lit parking lot, The pool area has a cosy atmosphere. Well situated for visiting the different attractions along the highway. The only negative is that the room card that also opperates the elevator would malfuction regularly. We will reserve here on our... More

If you're looking to stay here as part of a holiday/vacation, don't. The location itself was fine, as we are walkers we liked the 15 minutes or so walk to town everyday. The hotel is on the highway however the traffic cannot be heard from here. It seemed to us that we were the only British people here, and 99%... More

The hotel is cheap ($70 at Christmas season) and the service is good (they give two free bottles of water everyday). There is travel agency inside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The drawback is the location. It is a bit far (5mins taxi) to downtown of Playa del Carman. There is no restaurant nearby and very isolated.

My partner and I stayed one night at this budget hotel, essentially we just needed a place to sleep. We checked in late, at nearly 11:00PM, and our cab driver had some trouble finding the hotel and we had some trouble locating it on Google Maps as the address confuses the system for some reason. The front desk check-in individual... More

The towels were in bad shape, they looks dirty, like they haven't been washed in several months. There wasn't hot water in the room. The bed sheets were with stains. To be an international Hotel brand, they left to much to desire in this hotel.
