Located on Calle 3, a short walk from the ADO Bus Terminal on 5th Avenue. Right across from the Paseo del Carmen Mall. Nice clean Hotel and room that included breakfast. Very close to the Playa (Beach), like a 5 minute walk. Would recommand this Hotel which has very reasonable rates

This wonderful little hotel is at the Southern edge of the tourist district, near the ferry dock and the end of the airport runway. It is very quiet, with a lovely landscaped court yard. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The person at check in was a bit limited in her... More

We've been to Playa a few times, staying in a different place each time. This time, we noticed that the Real del Mayab had pretty good reviews, but was very reasonably priced--we are all about good value in hotels! What is good about this place (at least the room we had, 104): Comfortable beds: with pillow top mattresses!, unusual for... More

This is my 5th day of a 7 night stay here, and everything´s great. Carlos gave me room number 4, which is nice and quiet, especially late at night. The room has good A/C, a fan, a manual safe, and a little fridge for your drinks. This is the first hotel of the six in Mexico that I have stayed... More

This is a great hotel. Cheap compared to other hotels, and it's close to everything. We've stayed here for three years in a row and it's always good. They give you a front door key cause they lock it after midnight, which makes is feel even more secure. Wifi is kinda lame, so if you really need it I'd recommend... More

This is a nice, clean and well equip hotel near 5 avenue with a lot of good shopping and restaurants walking distance. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The room & bathroom was comfortable and clean, and had everything you need including a small fridge to keep cold water and snacks. I can recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend get-away. The rooms were small but clean and the a/c worked great. Breakfast in the morning was simple - toast, fruit, scrambled eggs, and beans. We only needed a place to sleep as one day we went fishing all day and the next day we spent the whole day on... More

I stayed here for one day because we got in late and I didn't want to pay for a night a resort if we got in at 8pm. I can tell you that this place is close to everything. The ado bus, taxis, beach, collectivos (shuttles to cancun, tulum, you name it) and 5th ave, They just built a new... More

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. Close to beach, restaurants and ferry to Cozumel. Breakfast provided, but very simple. Would stay here again; definitely worth it. Staff was very helpful. Credit card machine didn't work first day but did the next day.

I absolutely love this tiny hotel. It has only eight rooms, no pool, or lavish amenities, but what it does have is heart. The same workers have been here for years. They are the sweetest and kindest people you would ever want to be around. There is not an ounce of fear about thus place. There is always someone here... More
