Hotel is a cool concept and has great location since it’s only a block away from 5th Avenue but beds and towels are filthy and front desk was unhelpful. We had a late check in, process was smooth but upon entering room we were received by a filthy bed full of what looked like lube and brown stains. It only got worse once we removed the top covers there was a bad smell of urine. Went down to reception and they weren’t able to do anything, there were no rooms available to switch to and no staff to change out sheets. There was also a maintenance issue in the room and he mentioned he couldn’t do anything but file a report. We were so tired and it was late so we stuck it out, put a T-shirt on the pillows so we wouldn’t have to lay our heads directly on them and had AC very low so we wouldn’t have to cover ourselves. We later learned that this is a “motel” they rent rooms with temporary passes, you get use for 3 hours. Their morning breakfast was good and lady serving was very kind.

This was the second time I stayed at Riena Roja, we were treated to an upgraded room which was absolutely lovely. The vibe is very fun and welcoming, the mannequins are quite bizarre. The food is good, and the rooftop pool is fantastic! I will stay here again.

I left an amazing resort to check into Reno pro hock because I’ve been curious for years about staying in this place and heard about it being amazing and it has been in the past unfortunately this time with the Management it was a nightmare the room that I had purchased online was not the room that they gave me upon check-in they were in able to get us into the room the doors were not open even with two of the concierge take Rene on able to do it the TV was hanging from the wall there were holes cut out in the ceiling the slider glass door you could see you had been broken into multiple times and they just kept fixing it the bathroom had Skyrim and is soon as you turn the AC and it blows mildew and mold I became violently sick here I was extorted it charged double the fee him from when I was charged online to stay an additional night my Fannypack was stolen at this place I was lost and ruined for my New Year’s Eve.One of the staff was working profusely Byam self we asked him how he was doing he explained he had been working there 20 days straight with one day off from the one day off he received he was called in for that he was the only one working the entire floor for the entire time we were there all the there was only about seven other guest and they were all complaining and more unhappy than me it was very uncomfortable it was very unsafe as we found somebody breaking into our room on the second night they finally transferred us Only to up charge me another additional $160 for this room that was disgusting as well the other staff member overheard me talking to one of the other tourists who happened to be from Seattle Washington and he explained that he also had been working there and that he had to steal 20.20 bottles of liquor on because he was not getting paychecks and he explain to his boss that if he was not to receive a paycheck that he was not going to return the bottles this was my experience at Randy Rohan please learn from my mistakes don’t do it ...

The hotel theme is so cool! The price is fare. We have stayed 3 times now. One thing is that every time we visit it looks more abandoned. less thing working, less staff... Oh yea! they charge me one glass at $15 pesos because it broke. Which I think was little bit ridiculous. What is next? they will charge you for the soap or shampoo.. However, overall is a fare hotel to stay.

This hotel doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it gives you great bang for your buck! Low cost large rooms, workers are very friendly, free breakfast, bar has some of the cheapest drinks ive seen here, its very quiet, and SUPER close to the center of 5th and the beach. I read a lot of reviews before traveling and disagree with most of the negative ones. This is a great hotel, if you are traveling solo or as a couple it is a great choice!!! Cheers!
