Excellent servicing exlente ubicacion servicing estupendo de maricruz . Very good stay, clam, relaxing. The view was wonderful and very relaxing. The people were very nice and considerate on many things.
Please don’t be deceived by the pictures online, this place is not a good hotel to stay in. First room had mold on the mattress, we asked to move to another room. 2nd room, OMG the smell from the bathroom and the drains. In my honest opinion, this hotel should be condemned. The beds were so uncomfortable, we went to Walmart to buy a Mattress topper, which didn’t help AT ALL. I can’t believe the amount paid for this hotel. The front desk will convince you to purchase the all inclusive package which is $28 per person, includes food and drinks, alcohol included. I walked over to get a beer since the room Situation had me so shocked. The hostess, went to pour a beer, which appeared to be a frozen 40oz from Oxxo. She struggled to pour the frozen beer, and acted as if nothing was wrong. I just poured the beer out as soon as I walked out the door. Worse hotel experience I’ve had in my adult life. The rating system you can only give this hotel a terrible! I really wish I could just give the option to close the doors until this place is upgraded. The only positive for this hotel is the location, the location is perfect, one block away from 5th Avenue.…
I spent five nights in room 212 overlooking the pool. The bell staff was very helpful and check-in was quick and easy. I thank Mireya and the cleaning staff for keeping my room very clean the entire stay. Some parts of the hotel were closed and some facilities were a but hard to find as it is spread out in a seemingly random fashion, but it was a pleasant and comfortable hotel that offered great value. Gracias!
Everything that could have gone wrong, DID. I would not use air canada vacations again and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a cheap hotel, no water available ( there was a water fountain at the front desk but it was broken. Cold pool and cold hot tub. Meals across the street and the quality of the foof was terrible. All inclusive was more THIS IS NOT INCLUDED. . Air conditionning in our room was broken, TV was not working, we had to walk 1 1/2 kilometer to access the beach, all the good food at the beach WAS NOT INCLUDED, all,the good drinks were NOT INCLUDED, Christmas dinner was away from the hotel and again what we wanted was NOT INCLUDED, no bar service at the pool, false advertising at rhe pool site. At the cafeteria NOBODY spoke english. I could go on and on because I have a list of 38 issues that air canada vacations will have to deal with, I complained to them but they are STALLING the process.…
Tukan is definately less than 1 star very low end hotel after "UPGRADING"TO ASPIRA which is also owned by tukan for an extra 175usd that hotel was possibly 1 star.Don't be fooled by their pictures online absolute dive.Paid our travel provider a large extra sum to upgrade and get out of there and worth every penny. Also went to retrieve some of the 175usd ,25 per night for upgrade to aspira, and was told to bad we don't do that.
