We stayed for one night, enjoyed the great location very close to the 5th Avenue and the beach. A/C worked well, and bed size was good for a couple, but the room felt dirty and the shower was ridiculous. Price may have been affordable, but I will not return.

I booked this hotel as part of a business trip, hoping to use the weekend to relax. From the moment we arrived, the staff was horrible to us. They didn't provide any information about the location, attractions, basic directions, etc. They didn't even offer to carry our bags to our room. They inflated their prices and used every excuse to...

The location was awesome. One block from 5th Ave, which made the shopping experience better. Great AC. However, the room is way smaller than normal junior suites; looked bigger in the pictures and it had a bug spray odor. There are no walls separating the "bedroom" from the "living room" so you can touch the beds from the futon. My...

Terrible value with tiny room, no elevator and difficult stairs, and staff drinking alcohol while working and unable to take care of our needs. Even at low season prices this is a rip-off, but to charge what they did Christmas week was completely ridiculous!

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are well kept and excellent customer service. I would recommend hotel to families and big groups, all rooms has in at least a refridgerator which can be use to chill your beers and drinks.

Its a very nice and descent hotel. Good and comfy beds. Location was the best! Very close to everything, very quiet during the night. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The only bad things i can think of are the pillows which were too thick, and the crew didn't speak much english. We paid 900 pesos per...

We stayed at the hotel on the 2nd of January so being peak season I accepted that prices would be a bit higher. However the facilities available did not justify the high price. I wouldn't consider it to be a 3 star hotel. It felt more like a hostel. The room had very basic facilities and the horrible smell and...
