We can’t recommend this place more highly. Everything was just perfect - location is beautiful, the water crystal clear and green/blue (there was no seaweed), food was amazing (so much better than what you would get at an all-inclusive), staff were so nice and service was impeccable and so punctual. They were sooo organized - every pick up for excursions was on time to the minute, our complicated meal orders were perfect every time, housekeeping came three times a day. It was just really impressive. We stayed in Casa Sarita right on the ocean. The house is beautiful (and we are picky :) with two huge master suites and three other bedrooms that were all really nice with so many areas to eat and hang out inside and outside. We had a wonderful stay at HS last week! We had heard from friends that it was an awesome place, and they weren’t lying! Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the lovely, peaceful setting, with beautiful grounds. As we walked through the entrance palapa area with our welcome beverage, we noticed fun & artful touches everywhere. Our villa, Villa Canteena, was perfectly appointed, with attention to every detail. The decor was definitely appropriate for the setting, and tastefully done. The villa included a comfortable covered deck that was adjoining the infinity edge pool, which looked out on the sea. Paradise! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. We spent 4 glorious nights in this 5 star, private resort located on a “secret beach” on the Mayan Riviera. It was not long enough so I highly recommend a full week! These beachfront villas do not disappoint. Each villa has a private pool, impeccably kept grounds, beautiful artwork throughout reflecting the area’s culture, full service delicious meals and a staff that is second to none!! We enjoyed a lobster & steak dinner set up in the sand by the ocean and romantically lit up with tiki torches and the moon. We watched the fishermen literally bring the fresh, live lobster to the cooks. I can’t say enough about this beautiful piece of paradise. We are hooked and will be returning for many visits in the future!

We had a great experience during our family summer vacation. The villa was clean and well equipped, and the location was spectacular! But beyond the place, the service is fantastic. The staff is 24/7 available for repairs or anything you might need. They clean the villa three times a day. I recommend it 100%

HDS popped up on my Riviera Maya search for a private home & I am so glad it did! Everything about HDS is perfect. The villas are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the food is great, & the gardens & beach are spectacular! If you want to be pampered this is the place to be. We never had to lift a finger to do anything! Everything was taken care of from the moment I inquired about reservations. Airport transfers to a day trip to Cozumel were all handled. Doy, Cher, Meaghan, & Oscar, as well as all the staff were incredible. Bella, the dog, & Pancho, the cat, were an unexpected joy. We even got to see a turtle lay her eggs the last night we were there! For a truly magical one of a kind vacation in paradise, Hacienda Del Secreto in the only place to be!

Our daughter and her husband recently had their amazing wedding at Hacienda Del Secreto surrounded by 86 of their friends and family. The resort is simply beautiful! white sand wide beaches, well manicured gardens, magnificent villas and super safe grounds with 24 hr security service throughout the resort. The wedding was absolutely amazing. Every detail that we could think of was executed to perfection by the master wedding planner Doy. She planned, supervised and made sure that every need of every guest was anticipated and met throughout the stay. We were absolutely blown away with our experience at Hacienda del Secreto. 10/10, this was the vacation and wedding of our dreams!!! In fact I can honestly say it was more perfect than we even dreamed. Doy, the fabulous owner and wedding planner, truly thought of every single tiny detail in this luxury resort. Wedding: It was perfection. We had 88 guests and booked out the resort for 4 days. HDS fits approximately 60 guests so we booked a few neighboring properties as well. Everyone was able to use all facilities even if staying off site. We had 4 days of events and each party was in a different area of the property so each day had its own exciting and different atmosphere. What a beautiful place!! I was here for my best friends wedding and the hotel and the whole wedding was amazing!!! We were a group of About 40 people and we had the whole hotel for ourselves. The staff and the owner were very helpful, nice and always willing to help. I would recommend this place for any weddings, events or just a vacation! I look forward to coming back.

We stayed at the Hacienda with 13 of our closest friends and it was an incredible experience. Oscar and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. From last minute taxis to a boat excursion to many (many) margarita pitchers, we were so thrilled by all that the hacienda had to offer. We already can’t wait to go back. My wife and 4 kids(9yrs - 16 yrs old) and I spent a week in the Casa Sarita villa. We were blown away when walked through the villa after our arrival. This place is amazing. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a private bathroom, the decoration and design is very well thought out, the pool is steps away from the ocean and the views are incredible. We took advantage of the Hacienda meal package for the entire stay. Every meal was excellent. Often times I am left a bit disappointed when ordering steaks in foreign countries - not this time. The steaks were excellent. The service and staff was some of the best I have ever experienced.
