The great part of this place is the ability to find a place to sit and enjoy the weather a good book, food and drink. My condo is not oceanfront so this place offers all the oceanfront you can handle. The music is always on and the people too many but the location is perfect. All a trade off for... More

Construction on two sides of the building 8:00am to 6:00 pm. Jack hammers, concrete trucks, noise, noise, noise ! Comfortable and spacious condo close to everything but the constant noise just negated all of the good things. Construction should be complete in about one year.

We stayed in unit 203 in December. I don't think you can find a better place for the price! We paid about $100/night. Unit was very large with separate bathrooms for each bedroom, 1/2 bath and laundry, security guard at the front entrance 24/7, underground secure parking. There is construction next to the condo, so if you are planning on... More

A very good condo just a fem steps a way from the famous Mamitas beach and a fem minutter walk to the "must", 5 th avenue. The condo in very clean. Big apppartements with all you desire except lift, and a smal stair to the main door. Secure and quiet, pool with sunbeds. Our experiences are from 2 different appartements,... More

Been here before. Loved location and penthouse. Responded quickly to issues we had. Unit could use some updating especially bed And bedding in master. Very uncomfortable. Unit is huge and wonderful otherwise. Towels are plentiful. Maid service extra and not the best. Would go back. Penthouse is great. Needs new chairs

Stayed in unit 205A. The condo was a good size- spacious. It's a two bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own full size baths with tub, & shower. I stayed in the smaller room first couple of days which has a queen size bed. The mattress was kind of hard but bearable. Bed is pretty low to the ground. Water pressure... More

We booked unit 301 A penthouse for the month of June. It is very nicely appointed with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and over 2000 square feet of living space. It has everything you would ever need plus a roof top that has a hot tub and lovely outdoor furniture. Each bedroom has its own balcony so you have lots... More

We recenlty stayed in 301A penthouse. It was a very well appointed and large condo with 2 beds and 2-1/2 baths. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Good a/c. Supplied purified water. Two great outdoor spaces. You have to fill the "hot" tub every time you use it and heater doesn't work well, but it was hot and didn't really... More

Stayed here on a last minute scuba trip to PDC. The location cannot be beat. Safe(security at night), quiet (at least when we were there June 2013) and only a short walk to Mamitas beach and only 2 blocks to 5th ave. Unit came with free underground parking, AC's in both bedrooms and living room, a big modern kitchen with... More
