This is round the corner from everything you need in playa del carmen, close to 5th Avenue, close to the bus station, the collectives and the ferry. In the room we had a big bed, a fridge, microwave etc, a tv and an en suite bathroom. The WiFi is ok but maybe if you were

Our family of four stayed here for 8 nights. It was convenient and affordable. We walked everywhere and it was very easy. We took advantage of how close Wal Mart was and walked there several times to stock our room fridge with bottled water and juice. The surrounding

We only stayed one night as it was close to the ADO bus station- we were heading elsewhere. But we would have stayed more nights and will absolutely suggest to fellow travelers if they need a place in Playa. Clean, friendly reception, nice pool area and good location. Super good

Buenos días, thank you for your message! We do have fridges both in your room and in the laundry room (where we can keep your medicin in case you arrive early on the day of your check-in, or leave late on the day of your check-out!). Walking from the bus station is safe, quick and easy but if you feel more comfortable you can take a taxi at the corner of Juarez and 10th avenue - cheaper than if you take one of the taxis waiting at the sitio! -. Please tell them the adress of the hotel as "Avenue 25 between Street 2 and 4". I stay at your disposal for any further information and we look forward to receiving you!

Buenos días Wallyball, thank you for your message! There are many ways to come from the airport, please find several options that I usually recommend to our guests! - The ADO bus leaves every hour (every half hour on peak times) from each terminal and travels directly to Playa del carmen main station, which is located 5 blocks away from the hotel. The cost is $178 pesos per person (may change according to the season) and the schedule is available on ADO's webpage. - Authorized taxis from the airport are waiting all the time outside the terminal and you don’t need any reservation, the cost is $100USD-$110USD for up to 4 per car (I don’t have the updated rate for a van but they usually charge the same as for 2 taxis) and they bring you directly to the hotel. - The express vans (Playa Express, Yellow Transfers) charge $20USD - 35USD per person, they leaves each time the van is full and leave you at the door of the hotel. This is the easiest way to travel, only that it might take a little longer if the other passengers are in different hotels as they leave everyone at their door! - We can organize a private transportation with a driver waiting for you outside the terminal, the current price is $1,050 pesos (subject to changes) for up to 4 passengers and they bring you directly to the hotel. I just need your flight details a few days before your arrival to confirm the service and send you the instructions on how to find the driver, payment will be due in cash to front desk when you arrive. I stay at your disposal by email for any further information and hope to receive you soon! Kind Regards, Diane

Buenos días Sarena, thank you very much for your message and your interest! We make our very best to keep the hotel quiet at all times and especially at night, not allowing music outside or asking our guests who would stay in the garden after 10pm to keep their voices down as much as possible! However we are still a downtown hotel and sometimes there is a little noise from the traffic of the street... I hope to receive you soon and stay at your disposal for any further questions! Have a nice day and a great week-end! Kind Regards, Diane

Buenas Tardes Kristian, thank you for your message! We don't have a private parking but there is always space in the street just in front of the hotel and it is very safe! We also have an enclosed spot just next to the reception building that you can use whenever it is available! I hope to receive you soon, have a great day! Diane

Buenos días Rosanna! I received your reservation, thank you very much! I will be sending a confirmation via email with all details :) We do provide beach towels and you can change them everytime you need at front desk or with the housekeepers! And Each room is equipped with a kitchenette, we provide a set of kitchenware and utensils and we have more items in the laundry room in case you need an extra pan or anything we would have available! We look forward to meeting you and I stay at your disposal by email for any further information! Have a great day! Diane
