Yes, all rooms are equipped with liquid hand soap, and soap and shampoo in the shower. A hair dryer is available. There is a laundry a short walk from the house where you can drop off clothes for later collection.

Yes, there is plenty of free on-street parking. In addition, there are several secure parking lots within a block or two, costing about $100 pesos ($6 usd) per 24 hours.
