Not a luxury hotel but decently decorated room, with a nice bathroom with shower. Good parking, a pool...Wifi, but the signal is low if you go above the ground floor...bad for skype.
The lobby is quite simple, it seems to catter to working class mexicans. The employees were nice without being extraordinary. They charge 400 pesos for 1 or 2 persons.
It is noisy in the morning
The 3rd floor does not have a very nice view (from the door)...just tin roofs..
Recommended for a clean and decent stay at a reasonnable price in Merida... but there are better hotels in this price range...it is a good 5 minutes walk to cathedral, but next to a small pla with a mini park and in front of a nice colonial mansion

This is hotel is terrible. The walls in the rooms are stained with god only knows what. There was brown sticky stuff all over the desk. The rooms are full of mosquitos, which comes under the doors and through the holes in the screens. The bathroom is full of flies and mosquitoes. There is a horrble smell in the bathrooms. There are no telephones or blowdryers in the rooms. The staff at the front desk was surly and very unfriendly. We requested a wakeup call for out flight the next morning, needless to say we didn't get it, and almost missed our flight. We passed the guy at the front desk sleeping on the sofa as we rushed out to the airport. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS SUBSTANDARD, DISGUSTING HOTEL AGAIN! More
