We went to stay at the hotel during our honeymoon and it was. Horrible stay. The internet in the hotel never worked but that was just a small problem. The bigger one was that from our shower there was almost no water and there was no opportunity to wash yourself.so we wanted to see if maybe the bathtub works, but... More

Very good location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and bed , nice bathroom. I will definitely stay there again and refer to my friends. This was my first time at the Victoria but NOT my first time in Merida. I am a frequent traveler there.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a Jr suite which includes a bath and we woke up wishing we could live in a place as luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable, although I would agree that the air conditioning does blow on you. The shower was powerful and hot water immediate. The staff were friendly although they offered incorrect advice... More

This hotel has the worst service in the whole world. The staff there don't respect the costumers and have a very bad attitude. My experience there was horrible! We booked for only one night and payed it in cash. I went back home and checked my bank account, they charged the night on my credit card, this is called stealing!... More

The rooms aré small, no coffee machines, staff are not welcoming. For a little more money you could get better hotels around. Hope they could do better customer service. The restaurant is not great either. Good location. Have parking space alongside.

Facilities are very poor.Rooms are not soundproof as you can hear everything( 4 of us had to wear earplugs at night ) . Moreover there is a water bomb working all day long which is very noisy. We asked the staff of the hotel to turn it off or change our room but they said that changing rooms is impossible... More

The hotel itself is new and beautiful. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Just consider it is not very central, it is located on Pasejo de Montejo which is actually one of Merida's main road and you have lots of places around to eat, but you will have to walk 40 minutes to get to the centrale square. Anyway,... More

We stayed 4 nights. First they made an error with the rooms and my girlfriend and me had to be in a double single bed room. The staff was unfriendly and did not help with questions and needs. The rooms are small and not really clean. For a short stay it is cheep and okish but I would not recommend... More

I stayed in the Victoria Hotel as a first choice because arrived very late to Merida, the attention was great, the hotel it´s at the end of paseo Montejo, they have a parking lot, small, clean rooms, nothing luxury, very economic option.
